My husband and I visited this store a few months ago and purchased a barbecue grill. Our salesman Brian was extremely helpful and even helped us load the grill into our car. We then visited the same store yesterday and again Brian approached us and was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely visit the store again. In addition to the friendly staff everything was clean and well stocked.

Went to buy a microwave and was told that there all the same size. WRONG

After purchasing a washing machine that never worked, I returned to HD and purchased the next machine. Hoping they would take away the first machine when the second machine was delivered, I went to HD to communicate this to the store . I was told that was not possible and the machine that was delivered the week before would have to find a home in my house and pick up at a later time would be made. I said ok. And left the store know. I was not happy a brand new machine did not work. Just a minute after I left the store, my order was canceled somehow. Amazing ! Now I will head to Brandsmart this morning to purchase a new washing machine! Terrible job HD !

I was both surprised and satisfied with the process, selection and pricing for the replacement of our granite kitchen countertops with quartz as well as our backsplash. We spoke to several stone companies and found Home Depot to very competitive and straightforward without hidden charges. All charges are up frontFound the local stone companies tried to reel you in with an aggressive price on "pattern/color of the month" knowing you would choose otherwise the start piling on for cutouts, removal of old top, plumbing hookups, etc. In the end I believe we saved almost $2000!

This store is absolutely the best! Everyone is so friendly. They actually ask you if you need help and when you do, they stop to help you. They truly go out of their way to make it easy to find what you are looking for, either in the store or online if they do not have it there. Even if you don't live nearby, it's worth the drive to go to the new Donald Ross location!

I have consistently een impressed with the helpfulness of the employees at the new Home Depot in Palm Beach Gardens. They say hello, offer to help and are generally quite knowledgeable. If you ask a question on finding something, they don't guess and send you to Aisle 34 at the other end of the store. They take the time to find the right place and direct or lead you there. Good management brings on good employees. Kudos to all.

This is a new store with exceptional staff that is very helpful in assisting others in finding the items they were looking for.

Went to this new location for 1st and the employees live up to the Home Depot standards. Ruthie G in blinds was very helpful.

Robin - is the most knowledgable person in the Home Depot Paint Dept in Florida! She helped me with all my painting needs and now our home inside and out is now beautiful thanks to her input and consultation!

Flooring and checkout people were exceptional. The follow through was excellent since earlier order at another store was delayed and follow through died. This store they said they checked the national home depot system for our product, found it and followed through weekly and delivered on their promise....Waterproof Vinyl flooring... Installing right after the holidays. Thank you Alton Home Depot.

I've beed there 1/2 dozen times since opening . I live very close. Today 12/10/21 I Left empty handed this is the 3rd time . had to drive further north to my normal HD in Jupiter

What makes any store great are the sales associates. This new HD location in Alton has plenty of well-trained staff who takes the time to help you buy the right products. Robin in the Paint Dept knows her stuff !!

Everything is in its place and store very clean. Hope it stays that way.
