Consistent customer service!!

We purchased a home in Grand Haven area of Palm Coast. We needed to get vinyl flooring throughout the house Visited some flooring company as well as your “ competitor “ Your prices were more than competitive… they were much lower. Mary Ann and Anthony took personal care to make it work. Because of them we were more than satisfied

We came to this store to look at refrigerators, and met Chad, the sales representative. He was so courteous and knowledgeable that we actually purchased from him on the spot. It is so important to have good staff, and believe me Chad is an excellent member of this stores team. It has not always been easy to find someone that will take the time to explain all details to elderly people. Thank you to Chad and whoever hired him!! Find more employees that make your store shine above others.

I will definitely continue to shop at Home Depot and tell all my neighbors how excellent the service is.

This girl always is efficient. She has even held items for us at other stores by contacting the service desk at neighboring Home Depot’s. She’s always pleasant but takes her job serious.

We had been looking at flooring for about two months and found the knowledge from the associate who helped us to be superior to the other locations in town. They took the time to explain and cost out all goods.

I had to shop for carpeting and had been to a few carpet stores. With the high costs of material, problems shipping. lack of personnel I would have had to wait 3 weeks. I thought I would try Home Depot. I was greeted by two employees in the carpet division Janine and Mary Jo. together they teamed up and bottom line they helped me find a carpet, they cout the carpet and had it ready for pick up the next. day. AWESOME TEAM!

I went looking for a ladder today and Adam went above and beyond to help and while checking out kristi was more that delightful and extremely helpful as well. Any time I have to shop Home Depot and need help I seek out either Adam or kristi. They both are knowledgeable and friendly. Best of all if I don’t know terminology they never make me feel dumb and that goes a long way these days.

Ask for Allen in lumber. After explaining our need for a sheet of 4x8 bead board today, and they were out, Allen worked out getting us 3 sections of 32" which was perfect. He did a price adjustment so we came out the same, then went to the cashier to make sure it was rung up correctly.

The help and service we received in the Blinds, Shades etc. Dept. was wonderful. Stress free, easy peasy. Thank-you Lucy.

I've been searching for replacement slats for my vertical blinds for a while. When I searched Home Depot's website, not only did they have them, but they were available at the store for pick-up. Good choice selection at prices well below anywhere else.
