The people who work in this store are friendlier and more helpful than in any other Home Depot store I have visited.

I needed a new washer and walked out with a delivery date.

The store is your average self-checkout to save money, causing shrinkage and rising costs. You were never really greeted by the staff, I've gone in too many times and walked out paying with no communication. By the way, I can tell you there are some great cashiers; Dave in Tiling is a godsend. They have a great guy in plumbing, too, who is always there to help and lend a tip or suggestion that works.

I appreciate the friendliness and exceptional customer service extended to me each time I visit the store. I have always found aisles to be well organized and easily find products/items.

They are both helpful and knowledgeable! I know when I need help from either of them my time at zHone Depot will be successful and positive!

Widows are absolute the worst quality - 50% were broken even before leaving the store and handled by their employees

I was shopping in the Palm Harbor Home Depot garden center and it was HOT (July in Florida) and I must have looked it. as the cashier (Nancy) asked if I needed to go cool off in the AC in the store or needed a drink of cool water. That kindness and caring - WOW! Thank you. (I'm fine, just one of those people that always shows the heat.)

Rep in Appliances (Dell) was incredibly insightful, kind and patient. She is quite knowledgeable and made the decision easy for me. Great customer service!!!

Doing some extensive upgrades and the staff has been able to provide assistance for selecting and locating items. They also provided assistance when returning an item. Thanks for the great service. Will definitely continue shopping here.

I went in seeking information about a replacement for my old counter depth refrigerator. I found a specialist who was extremely helpful and knew the "ins and outs" of the major brands and how to do a thorough search. She definitely knew her refrigerators and helped me make buy the product that would be best for my family.

My Ryobi mower is under warranty has been non working twice in two years. Not only was the ammount of time taken to fix my mower frustrating the first time, but I am now forced to take it to an indepent service center out in Tampa. I can't expect my mower back for at least a month. The least they can do is offer a loaner. It's June and I am once again forced to hire a lawn service to cut my grass.

Sales person was extremely helpful and explained all features of the appliance to me.

Being a condo President, I have been to this store many times for all sorts of items. I have always found what I need. We have used their rental pressure washers, plumbing repair items, mulch and lawn sod. Prices are always very completive. Great people to deal with, and if there is a problem, they will fix it. The staff at this location is extremely helpful and friendly. They also have knowledge about the products they sell and ….. THEY KNOW WHERE TO GIND IT IN THE STORE TOO !!!! Something that can not be said for all the Home Depot’s
