The Salespeople are on the ball. They are right there to assist you, if you need help. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Great experience. Purchased two large Appliances, no problem. Store was organized and clean.

The employees are professional and helpful. They do not hesitate to answer questions about where to find what you’re looking for. They take you directly to the correct area you’re questioning. Store is very clean and organized. Thank you, Home Depot !

The employees are always helpful when I need them, cashiers are helpful when doing self checkout if I have a problem, I rent a lot of equipment and the and the employees are always helpful.

This is the best home improvement store I have ever been in. The employees are always happy and helpful with the projects I'm working on. They always let me know about better ways to do things and let me know how certain tools would help me better but, don't push me into buying the tools. Also have great checkout personnel.

Angela in the garden department is so helpful and the cheeriest of associates.

If anyone is looking for appliances, Home Depot is my first choice. I've been buying appliances from them since 2008 thru 2021, and had much success all three times.

This Home Depot is the best Home Depot. If you are a novice at home remodeling and renovation this is the place you will find the most help and friendliest staff

I was very pleased with the service I received in the Paint Department at Home Depot. The store is clean. On a previous Home Depot trip, I did have trouble finding associates / assistance in the Tools but I would definitely recommend Home Depot. They have a nice variety of products and their associates are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

My brother and friend rented an insulation blower from this location. We purchased 20 bags that would have made the rental free. However, I was charged $160 for a day rental. The equipment was returned within 6 hours and the $250 deposit being held was not credited back to my debit card because Pat (the absolute worst customer care associate) accused me and my brother of keeping the extension cord. We never got a cord with our rental. We used one I had at my home. Instead of giving me the benefit of a doubt and looking in the other rental set, Pat accused and charged my card. When I really got upset and asked for a store manager, another associate looked in the other rental set and indeed found the missing cord. Instead of Pat apologizing and admitting he was wrong he charged my debit card for the deposit. I literally had over $600 being held/charged on my debit card. Pat could not have cared less. He was awful. It took nearly an hour to get receipts printed and I was told it would all be credited back to my debit card but it was not. I have had to call my credit union to have them open an investigation. All of this would have been avoided had Pat just checked the other set to see that indeed the other set had 2 cords and our set did not have a cord. The absolute worst customer experience and I will never go back to this Home Depot. 

This store is very well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Store always seems in disarray but as all Home Depots it has the materials you need.

Unwilling...unhelpful...uninformed... uncaring...left more confused than when I went in! Employees chatting, while I'm standing there waiting to be helped...wont be back!

Absolute worst customer service in the area, period. About three weeks ago my wife and I visited this location to buy paint, while onsite I wanted to take advantage of a promotion that Dewalt tools is currently running. I asked for help and the "gentleman" who I was told worked in the tool area was clueless and rude. Today, after spending nearly $15,000 on a new kitchen earlier in the week, I visited this location again to buy some hand tools and take advantage of the same dewalt promotion I previously mentioned. Once I was able to chase down, literally, an associate I was able to get the tool I need and I proceeded to the mechanics tool aisle to find combination wrenches I needed. It was here that an associate who previously ignored me came and accused me of theft (I was still in the store shopping) and demanded to take my items away from me. I'll not be back.

Good service but one of the customer service employees isn't very nice. Otherwise, it's a great place to shop. Other employees are helpful and know their stuff "most" of the time. Which is great.

Your Associates are quick to spot a customer with a question mark on their face! Each time we enter the store not sure of where to go or exactly what product to ask for, an associate will approach us and ask if they can help. We appreciate that so much! Thank goodness we live in an area with a helpful and friendly HOME DEPOT!

Russell that works in the store is very personanable and helpful. We ordered a front door and screen door through him.
