I had a problem with a return and Rose, in customer service, was friendly and quick to assist and made my return painless. She made suggestions on other items and I was very happy with the visit. The store overall has friendly people who are willing to help (which is hard to find sometimes in home improvement stores)

Generally, I like the store and can find what I need. In the past there have been several times when items listed in stock, online, were not in stock. Today and a couple of days ago there were issues at checkout. Today at the Garden Center the credit card scanner was off line and I had to pay in cash. This did not help the lady that was waiting and did not have cash. A couple of days ago the credit card scanner would not read my credit card chip. Therefore I had to put my credit card in to the reader 3 times, then I could swipe it. Based on the instructions from the clerk, it appeared that this failure of the scanner was a recurring issue.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Purchased carpet with guaranteed 7 day Install and got call few days before from installer that Home Depot would not get them the carpet in time and could not install as scheduled. Tried remedying multiple times but manager was not in either day I called, was hung up on, was told I would receive a call back from manager to discuss but was never called back and no one seemed able to assist despite the fact I was SOLD this carpet with 7 day install guarantee.

JERMAINE AND YVONNE WERE SUPER FRIENDLY DIDNT LET ME TOUCH ANYTHING TREATED ME LIKE IF I WAS FAMILY. SMILED THREW THE WHOLE WAY. THEY HELPED ME TO MY CAR MADE SURE IT WAS ALL OK. WAS VERY PATIENT WITH MY DECISIONS TILL I GOT MY CARPET. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR PATIENTS AND HELP.

The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.

Please ask your associates to be available in their designated isles not behind the scenes. Customers need help and do not want to walk around looking for an associate for 10 - 20 minutes just so that they call customer service and request the person who works in the isle for the item you are looking for, and at the end they do not show up. Please help your customers. Thank you

Great Store to buy household items.

Great Shop to shop home prodcuts; if particular shop does not have the particular item, cashiers were able to check in system and let us know, which other home depot have in stock, which is a plus to Home depot office team.

Customer service is lacking. Most employees unwilling to help paying customers. Renae was the only saving grace to the store. The only person who really knew where something was and how to communicate that with customers.

Whenever I go to shop at the Paramus Home Depot the sales people are extremely helpful. By that I mean that they not only know where the product is located on the shelves but they are knowledgeable about the product and usually ask how I am going to use the product and will offer their opinions which are always very helpful.

Super store and keeps getting better! A loyal customer since its opening, I've always had a rewarding shopping experience at the Paramus Home Depot, most noteworthy of which are the store associates - if "lost" or without a DIY solution, an associate is nearby ready to assist. Can't beat prices as well! From nuts 'n bolts to lawnmowers and appliances, etc., Home Depot is a "candy store" for the DIY-er.

Maggie helped me find what I needed and was very knowledable and personable. She made my experience awesome. Find her if you need assistance.

The best part about this store is that it isn't the one in Rockland or the one in Paterson. Someone told me there was one in Mahwah, but I drove past it at 75MPH 3 times before I gave up and came back down to Paramus.

I’m here a lot and the store could be a little cleaner and more cashiers
