Associates were friendly but were not competent.

This store is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, the selection is fantastic. We only wish you were closer (we have to travel 90 minutes to get there). Keep up the good work.

I never had a nasty interface with any of their employees. Never have had a bad interface with an employee, They have always been extremely heloful.

Ever since this store has been opened, they have always been consistent with friendly, knowledgeable staff. If I needed something on the other side of the store and didn't know where it was, I've had employees phone other team members in that area and have them meet me and direct me to the product. I've never encountered a rude or unhelpful employee..This store is always clean and organized with a wonderful selection of products. I've found that their inventory is much greater than other stores. I love shopping at The Home Depot. I can't wait until it's a little warmer and I can start shopping and buying in their garden center! Great selection and prices!

The store was clean and we have no problem finding whatever we're looking for and if we can't find anything it's easy to get nice friendly assistance. All employees were friendly and helpful.

"Kyle" in the lighting department was fantastic. He really knew everything about the products in his area. He answered all of our questions and more.

Once you enter the store there is someone to help you no matter what department you are headed. Love this store

I would not go back to this store. It charged me a fee for cutting my wood that I have never been charged before. It was not disclosed before hand that we would be charge a fee. I have gotten wood cut at other home depots and never been charged a fee. All charges should be disclosed prior to cutting. The associate that cut our lumber was also extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed that we asked for help in the first place.

Associates in the flooring department, as well as others we encountered, were helpful, friendly and well informed about our purchases.Our cashier also told us about the availability of a refund when opening a Home Depot charge card. The store was clean and isles marked to make items easy to find. The only thing that could be improved upon was that the isles seemed quite tight for the forklift operator to get items from the top shelves.

Employees are always willing to go the extra mile to make your shopping experience a positive one.

The customer service person Michelle is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered there. She told me to go checkout at the other end of the store because it would be quicker. When I said I’d like to checkout here since I was parked at this end she rolled her eyes and rudely walked away making me wait about 5 minutes before coming back to check me out. She spoke not 1 word to me as I checked out, no thank you just threw my receipt at me.

The employees are always friendly. They answer my questions or they get someone who ca. Store is clean well organized and stocked. I did not have to look too hard to find my items.

I always find the associates friendly and very helpful when I am looking for any particular item. They are always apologetic if something is not in stock or unavailable in this store. outside helpers/ loaders are extremely helpful and courteous also.

Be sure to check charges on receipt as checking out. Got board from common board slot, after got home a reviewed e-receipt found I was charged for a select board. I it appears someone stocked select boards in common slot (1 X 12 X 6 Pine). My wife and I both checked price sign on the board slot, and it was marked common. (recommend store on less happens again)

My husband and I came to your store after dinner to shop for a living room reading light. We were treated very unfriendly at the checkout by a young lady named Gabby. I do not like being told I’m not important. She seems to forget that if I don’t shop there she doesn’t get a pay check.

Associates are amazing, even if you don’t need help they still are always there to make sure you’re finding everything ok! The atmosphere is incrediable.

The paint department was awesome! I had three little kids under the age of 6 with me. They found my paint colors and helped me load the heavy paint. I couldn't have asked for more knowledgeable help!

We just bought a hybrid water heater a few days ago. Whole shopping trip was excellent. The person in plumbing was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went above by looking for a small skid to help us tie the heater down in our trailer. Checkout person was very friendly and helpful. He called for two people to help load. Both employees help load, and they stayed to help my husband secure it to the trailer. They were very helpful and friendly as well. Great customer service and great value at this store.
