Consistently excellent customer service, at all hours and days of the week. I have arrived early on Saturday mornings to find high carts set near the drywall with staff that quickly shows up to help me load. I’ve had helpful staff in the flooring department (while running in midweek on my lunch break) call other stores to check on additional inventory and put it on hold, and great experiences with buying online and being able too quickly pick up items at the service counter. This store rocks customer service —to the level of a neighborhood hardware store with the product selection and cost of a big box store.

All stores of this type have basically the same things to offer. This particular store offers service above and beyond any other store I have ever shopped at. My hats off to the manager. He has found a way to employee the right people and place them in the right departments. Every employee you pass all the way from the parking lot and all through the store asks if they can help you and if you tell them what you are looking for they actually take you to it and answer any questions you have. If it is not their department, they call for assistance for you. This store operates like all stores should but very few actually do. Thank you for treating your customers like customers.

The customer service is very good the employee are very friendley and they know the products when you have a question which is very helpfull I have been buying at your store on a regular basis for about a year now and never had any problems it is a long drive for me but is worth the time to me keep up the good work

All regular registers were closed and only self check-outs were open. Waited in line 5 minutes to check-out and 4 store employees were standing around talking and never once offered to open a register.

I like to shop at HD because the in-stock condition is ALWAYS better than Lowes across the street. I have a list when I come in and I get out quickly with all I need. THEY HAVE A NEW CANDY PROGRAM AT THE SELF-SERVICE CASH WRAP THAT MAKES THE STORE LOOK LIKE A CANDY STORE AT A CARNIVAL. THERE IS SO MUCH CANDY AND junk AT THE STATION, THERE IS BARELY ROOM FOR MY PILE OF MERCHANDISE WHEN i CHECK OUT. GET RID OF THE CANDY!!

Excellent store! I get the feeling that the employees really love working there, and that there is some sense of community among the workforce. Great prices, and no nonsense.

We unexpectedly "lost" our oven late on a Sunday evening. Monday afternoon we went into our local Patton Township store armed with numbers of possible products. Sales staff were most knowledgeable and helpful. Deciding and placing the order could not have gone any better. Good sales were currently running. Because everything went so smoothly, we decided spur of the moment to work with the same staff to add a dishwasher to the order and look forward to receiving both in nine days' time.

My primary reason for going to Home Depot was to acquire an extra-large box. The box I needed was approximately twenty feet high on an upper shelf. I requested assistance from Customer Service in acquiring the box. They asked a male Home Depot employee to assist me. The employee was unhappy about having to assist me. I showed him the box I needed. He acquired the box via climbing up a ladder. He then told me I could have gotten the box myself. He was cold and unprofessional. Some employees get annoyed and agitated when asked for assistance. My wife and I had previously been loyal customers at Home Depot. However, our recent experience at the State College Home Depot has been really bad. We now avoid shopping at the State College Home Depot. They don't want our business. We pan on honoring their wishes. We are so disappointed in the negativity coming from some of the State College Home Deport employees.

*appreciate the **friendly customer welcoming** and Knowledgeable, trained associates. You can more so judge a stores training service approach by what is done when there are a few hick ups in the customers experiences and how each person I contacted was trained to be "empowered" to take it a step above to the next step to correct the item. They did not have to make 5 calls to get the ok to offer more then what was ask for to keep the customer for life. I will continue to this Home depot for my first stop location.

Sales staff that is help and able to direct people to products. Awesome that you sponsor the farmers market by letting them use your parking, I know it is inconvenient, but we love it. Those kind of things help us chose where we shop for items.

THE FOLKS IN THIS STORE ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE MANGER OF PRO SALES MALCOM IS A WONDERFUL PERSON TO DEAL WITH VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE STORE AND PRODUCTS IN THE STORE. HE IS THE MAIN REASON I WILL BE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE AS OPPOSED TO THE COMPETING BOX STOR ACROSS THE STREET. HE WAS SO GOOD TO DEAL WITH VERY POLITE AND A GENTLEMEN.
