My experiences at the Payson Home Depot are a lot different than the others that I usually visit. These people go out of their way to help you. The associates greet me with a smile. A few cashiers need to smile and one shouldn’t play with her hair while at work. Other than that you are all great.

The Payson Home Depot has very helpful and cheerful staff, We like going there cuz of people who are so friendly and helpful.

Associate always willing to help us find what we're looking for or give us insight on a project , Kenny, knows his stuff!!

I visit this Home Depot store between one and five times a month, and I am never disappointed, You always have what I am visiting Home Depot to find, and I never have to wait for anything.

Everyone is friendly and eager to help.

Employees have always been friendly and helpful at the Payson store. My latest experience with buying all new appliances was AMAZING due to Phil McGough.

Store is clean with great customer service

Kenny addressed my needs and helped me in a polite and fast manner, even found the lumber I needed. Great job!

I completed a large purchase of items in the store, pushed the cart to my truck and found I had a flat tire and still needed to load all of the materials in the truck. A gentleman named Curt (HD employee) showed up, asked if I needed help. Curt helped fix my tire first, then helped me load all of the materials into my truck and trailer. Curt's attitude was awesome, super happy to help and made my day. Thanks Curt!

I went to exchange my propane tank and it took forever to get someone to help. This was after I told them the self serve was broke and had been since the last time I was there 2 months ago. Unless you bring your lunch, go some place else for propane.

In these trying times (COVID, short staffing, etc.), positive attitudes stand out and make a significant difference. All of the employees at the Payson, AZ store are friendly, upbeat, courteous, happy to help and extremely knowledgeable about their products and projects. They are setting the standard for excellence in some very stressful circumstances and their hard work is noticed and greatly appreciated!

Zipped in picked up two boards, went through self-checkout, loaded the vehicle and returned home. All was smooth.

Our all around experience was great at the Payson HD. Michael Uhlik was knowledgeable about doors and pointed us to the right one. Thank you!

We went into this store looking to purchase a new refrigerator. Our associate (Phil McGough) was so awesome, we ended up upgrading the whole kitchen! The store was clean and tidy, every associate we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Really can’t say enough nice things about this Home Depot! It’s been great, every time we’ve gone in. Really thankful to have this place close by!

We just moved to Payson and needed a washer/dryer and refrigerator. Maryanne was most helpful. Although her shift was over and she was about to leave, she stayed and helped with our appliance order. The following day we needed something from another department and Maryanne saw us and greeted us. No only that, she went out of her way to get an item we were looking for. Every employee we came in contact with was also very helpful and extremely pleasant. It is a pleasure shopping at this Home Depot.

The associates are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I can't locate an item, but an associate will take you right to the item you are looking for.

We have a summer home north of Payson and use this Home Depot very frequently. They have great customer service.

Store management is lacking in my humble opinion. Finding people to assist or people qualified to answer questions is almost impossible. Once in a while you can find someone to answer questions, that are qualified to do so.

The staff are friendly and helpful

Over a 3 day shopping trip and after spending in the thousands of dollars, I have to say, I would not continue to shop at this Home Depot if it were not the only game in town (or within an hour drive). The employees seemed disinterested at best. I could not get help lifting in the lumber department or loading my vehicle. The cashier's (even when the have no customers) won't move 5 feet out of their area to help or even request help. The crew members that were there to help only seem to want to help contractors buying stuff. I was very disappointed in this store and would not recommend it to anyone.
