The cashier met me as I approached the checkout area and made it all easy. She was quite helpful. I found all of my items easily and were just what I wanted. i didn't have to wait in a line.

Have been shopping routinely at the Fayetteville, GA store and have become accustomed to the general malaise of the staff there. It's like some sleeping gas is pumped into the store. This Peachtree City store has energized people who are working and offer to help, seem to care that you find what you're looking for. Like it!

I needed some items for my contractor to finish the job. I was very sick and not able to go to store and receive my military discount. Thru the help from Kathy, customer service, she made it possible.

Customer Service is great. More up to date products and knowledgeable employees willing to help with a smile. Clean store.

This store is always well merchandised, clean and easy to shop. It is smaller than the typical Home Depots that I have shopped in but it always has what I need as a DYI shopper.

Peachtree City Home Depot is where I like to shop! They are very attentive, helpful, and glad to be of service!

Mark assisted me in lumber and helped identify appropriate materials, source and cut all supplies for my DIY project. His suggestions were awesome! I got the Nordstrom treatment at Home Depot.

Store wasn't that crowded. Several staff people congregated in front of the store, oblivious to customers looking for help to find items. We "bothered" two of them to ask where to find a full length mirror. One immediately looked on his phone, asked us what a full length mirror looked like, and then asked his colleague, who checked his phone, and then asked another lady, who also checked her phone. "Online only, but maybe at the Newnan store!" she finally said. We asked her to check to see if Newnan store actually had the item (the drive was far) -- we never heard from her again! We went to customer service, and was finally told the item was online only. We DID find the mirror we wanted on our own in the back of the Peachtree City store. The staff member who happened to be nearby said he was a "door guy" but would find us help, and disappeared. I found him in the "door" section 15 minutes later; he said he had forgotten about us, but did come over with a scanner and told us the price. It was a great deal, and we said we wanted to buy it. He then watched me carry out a bulky, heavy box on my own -- from the back of the store to the front checkout! I am 75 years old! My wife was in a wheelchair! When the lady at checkout saw me struggling, she got me some help. She was kind and very apologetic - and after hearing about our poor experience, sent me over to "customer service" to complete the transaction (I had to return to pick it up later). Customer service was an even more disinterested group of people, obviously awaiting retirement or the next shift! Home Depot has clearly lost its competitive edge. Their people are simply working job, not in a prideful career. To think I gave them over $8000 of my money in the past 9 months!

Great customer service today from Demetrius as we searched high and low for a specific toilet. Witnessed excellent teamwork as they used the forklift to bring down the pallet with the correct model number we were looking for.

Sean (I hope I have the name right) from the paint mix corner was absolutely phenomenal! He is not only initiate contact but actually went above and beyond his duties to help me with color/paint choice. Very professional, good manners. He made this shopping experience and just in general remodeling nightmare feels like it’s something I can do with less stress and more positive thoughts. I would like to know he will get his recognition and will know that he made this day so much better I bet not only for one customer.

Since the beginning of 2021 we’ve recarpeted the entire house, we’ve purchased 5 major appliances, with the carpet out sales associate was Clark and in the appliances Dept Dale was our associate with all 5 purchases. I can’t speak highly enough of their knowledge with the products they sell along with their personalities, you can’t go wrong !

Brian who works at Peachtree City Home Depot, understood my need and went above and beyond the average service level. He helped me with what I needed and guided me well. I will look out for him when I visit next very soon.

Everything was organized and clean. Michael, the young man who checked my merchandise went above and beyond typical clerks. He was very kind and even helped me to my car with my purchase. I am an 84 years "young" lady and enjoy looking at the merchandise as well as shopping at the Peachtree City Home Depot. I was a professional Interior Designer for over fifty years and I am still a member of IFDA (the International Furniture and Design Association). I help a client occasionally, but do not have an open door design business now.

Kathy at the Customer Service at Peachtree City's store # 0164 was fantastic. She verified via phone that a Honda mower that I wanted was in stock by physically checking the shelves so I wouldn't make a trip in vain. She offered me options on how to buy the item without making a long drive of > 75 miles. When I arrived, her friendliness and customer service skills wowed me. I am a disabled veteran. Together with Luis and LaShunta she loaded the 113 lb mower into my car. I rate your team and A+
