we are coming back to Jennie when we want to purchase our appliances

I had been standing in line at the appliance center for upwards of 30 minutes. One associate, Dale, had been helping the lady in line ahead of me, and when she was finished, she left with the lady to further talk to the lady and her husband a few feet away. She saw me standing there at least a couple of times while she was helping with the lady’s order, then when finished, walked right by me without so much as a “someone will help you soon”, or “I will help you soon”. She wasn’t on break either as she had left herself logged in at her work station. Sheer rudeness and zero customer service. I’m glad it was actually a helpful person who came to my aid and received credit in my review.

The store is clean, well stocked,and the employees are friendly and helpful.

We are in the middle of another home remodel. This Home Depot has done a good job at trying to stock the supplies. Most employees are interested in making your shopping experience pleasurable.

10:00 am on a nice sunny Wednesday and gates in garden center locked and no cashiers. So in effect I can’t buy anything and headed to Pikes. Why have a garden center if it is closed? So why go there?

Had a great experience today with Home Depot in Peachtree City. The employees were all very friendly and helpful in finding the things I needed in this store. The employees that assist with window blinds were awesome! They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and even cut them for me the same day!

It took 2 hours and 4 cashiers in order to pay for a stove. In the process, they managed to void the transaction resulting in the loss of a $100 Visa gift card. It hasn't been credited back nor has the store tried to rectify their error. Shopper beware.

Great customer service provided by DJ in the garden and pool area.

This store is AMAZING and the employees are out of this world. Very kind and helpful. They made me feel like I as a VIP customer and that they made sure that I was happy with my purchase.

I recently visited the Peach Tree City Home Depot. The purpose of my visit was to replace a refrigerator for a rental unit. I was in a hurry and had not been able to find anyone to help me at other stores I had visited. Kirk the Appliance Specialist was assisting another customer but acknowledged me when I entered his department. As soon as he finished with the other customer he quickly answered my questions and assisted me from start to finish with purchasing a replacement. Kirk's knowledge, friendly demeanor, and passion for what he was selling provided me with an excellent shopping experience.

This store is outstanding, a lot of supplies, people that work there are every nice and polite always willing to help. The store has a lot of knowledgeable employees. For Young and Old it is a great place to shop.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot Store due to the location and they generally do have the products that I am looking for. I usually know where to find any of the products that I am searching for and seldom do I need any assistance from an associate. But the associates at this store are very friendly and always willing to help their customers whether it is looking for a particular product or loading the larger items. The isles are kept clean and neat so getting around is not usually an issue.

Miss Dale helped make the purchase of a washer and dryer and future install a snap with her thorough questions and expedient service.

Jennie was prompt, led me to the perfect appliance and she recommended buying a small refrigerator until my first choice arrives

Department employees are nonexistent and front end employees and managers are rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience and will never return to this store.

If you all need any kitchen appliances please go speak to the customer service representative by the name of Kirk. Hopefully he’s working on the day you come in he is the best and will go into detail so that you understand what you’re purchasing.

The female manager was very rude, abrasive and abrupt. This was my first time in this store and I requested assistance and did not get an appropriate response

The worst customer service and delivery time I’ve ever received anywhere. I want a call since you all don’t want me to advertise what really happened.
