These employees are very helpful

I know most employees by name, and they know me as well by name. I come in here quite frequently, and I can truly say that all of them are experienced very nice and I am glad they work here.

I had an excellent shopping experience at Home Depot looking for a replacement screening DIY project. A man named Henry came and asked me if I needed help and made sure I had all the right tools and everything I needed to complete my project. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful Shopping experience at Home Depot

Kimberly at pro desk is my go too. She’s very help.

I went to buy lightbulbs for my kitchen and the electrical dept. employee was very polite and helpful, I was greeted by every employee and my shopping experience was great. I will always shop here

Home depot has a broad product line. I am able to buy products for many different needs under one roof (Pool products, cleaning products, lawn and garden items, and many Milwaukee power tools, which I find to be of the highest quality, at reasonable prices).

Went in to buy 2 sided tape and not 1 person acknowledged I was there, or asked if I needed help but the lady at self check out was nice.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE STORE FROM EMPLOYEES

Just bought a washing machine for a great price from this location. Also everyone was very nice , a guy named Pittman help load my machine in my truck and tie it down for me great service there.

April definitely helps find the solution. Happy she’s growing within the company

The Instock levels are very consistent , I rarely have an issue with finding something unless its just not carried and can't wait for .com

"Garrett" the customer service manager was friendly with my needs of what I was looking for he took the time to help me find some stuff that I needed for my home remodeling. It's people like him that makes customers come back to the store. I unfortunately I had a bad experience at a different home Depot location, but I plan on shopping at this store from now on with my 4K home Depot credit card. (The 6025 South Pecos road location) This is by far the best location to shop, If it were my way I'd rate it a 10 star lol

Every time I go to this store on Pecos I am amazed at the great selection of merchandise and the ease of finding what I need. Also the employees are very helpful in finding the exact item that I need.

Paint associates Dayna and Juan are great for advice and the Pro associates Sammie and Ron are great too! You can tell the store takes pride in what they do

I found all the stuff I needed for my project that is am currently working on right now but it was tricky to find but in the end I found it. The employees are also everywhere so it is easy to go and ask the questions without having to go through the whole store. I might have been because of the time I was there but the lines were fast and it was very easy. The whole experience was wonderful and the quality of the tools were amazing.

I bought a padlock last December 21 and it is worth satisfying.

The employees here are very helpful. Efrem is our favorite employee at this store. He is always smiling.

I come in to home depot quite frequently and purchase anything from electrical needs to plumbing fixtures to holiday items. I'm always greeted by friendly Employees who take care of my every need from start to finish. I couldn't be more proud of the store and I wish it. Who's open 24 hours I would probably live there.

I remodeling my house so I’ve been buying a lot from Home Depot. What ever I need I can find there. Another aspect that feel very important is to feel welcome and I have made some new friends over there. Xenia is my favorite. She always greet me with a huge smile on her face and she always helping out with whatever I need. Thank you

Sammy, Ron, Esban, Xenia, Jill, Kimi and kimberly all greeted me and my employees with professionalism. All was knowledgeable with materials and locations of what products I was needing. They thanked me for shopping at “The Home Depot” and asked if i needed a pro loader. Will shop at this store any chance I get.

Ive been planning and saving to build a yurt platform for over a year and putting this project together has been stress and way more expensive than I imagined. The day I went in to buy the slumber I was so short in my budget that I almost had to call off the project. But enter Xenia at the contractor desk, who literally felt like an Angel God sent himself to get me through the day I was going through. She was my problem solver extraordinaire. She helped me get financing for my entire project, place the orders, set up the whale call, she did it all. And she did it all while being pleasant, kind, and thoughtful. Im so grateful for her service, I’ll be searching for her on the next project
