I experienced an issue with my original purchase, though Warren the location Manager personally resolved this opportunity with a customer service level that was exceptional, differential, and unexpected. Thanks Warren!

We paid extra to have a delivery during a specific window of time. I was told I had to do that or delivery could pretty much be made anytime during the day. So after agreeing and paying extra money, the delivery company brings our merchandise at 8am when we are not prepared. The delivery window was supposed to be between 10am to 2pm. Also be aware that apparently they can just drop your merchandise off at a public curb and leave you to deal with the packing debris. Beware and make sure you get some assurances as to what you want. We were very disappointed with the service and kind of felt scammed. I would never buy anything from them that needs delivery. I was bounced around on the phone with about 4 people before I could get any help with this issue wasting about an hour.

Don't try to get customer service to help. They just give the run around.

I was assisted by Priscila in when I went to customer service. I went to customer service because we loaded two French doors onto my contractor's truck. I set a badge down that contained the door handles, locks and two monster energy drinks. I left the bag in the pro area, outside on the sandbags. When I realized this 20 minutes later I went to go get it. It was gone, stolen. Priscila, saw that I am a solid customer and had just purchased of $1500 in those transactions. She replace them.

I cant remember what the young man's name was but he took a full sheet of plywood and cut it into four 2' x 4' x 3/4" because they were out of the normal pieces that I purchase there. It really doesn't matter what his name was, they are all great. Reminds me of the Yankees, no one on that team has their name on the back of their jerseys, because the thing that really matters is they are a Yankee...same as with my Home Depot team. Thanks Team!

Great store; excellent staff

A few months ago I ordered a lot of rock to be delivered. The delivery was not made and I went back to speak with Home Depot. Terrific response. Wonderful service. It arrived a few days later.

I had a great visit to the Pecos store. Lonzette Hall, an assoicate could not have been more attentive to my needs. She listened well and asked appropriate questions. I had come in to purchase a Samsung Refrigerator I saw on-line. Lonzette made sure I saw the same model to ensure it was what I wanted. It was. When I asked about a Bosch dishwasher, again she asked questions and wanted me to know the specifications for the "cut out area" which she gave me. I returned the next day feeling more confident that I was making an accurate purchase. All the employees at the store were pleasant. The3 store was clean includi8ng the rest room.

Jorge is very helpful in Appliances Department.

Very poor combative service from one employee at the service desk that told me she was a manager when I asked to speak to one. She was not, she is a supervisor. I have had difficult interactions with her on more than one occasion.

I have been to this location many times, and the employees are all incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. especially - Marvin in Lighting and Ladena for the Sales Cashier. Thank you Home Depot~!

The store was great. Clarissa is an amazing associate. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and is very polite. Informed me of the home depot credit card in great detail. I applied, and got accepted. I'll be sure to come back to this store, and seek out Clarissa for any help.

From entering and the greeting to loading our purchase on the truck we rented the employees were super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond and it's one of the few times I have purchased a major appliance and was not tired and cranky at the end. So appreciative of George and Ben! Thank you!

I visited HD today on Pecos Road, Las Vegas I was impressed with the staff they were helpful and needed several items from several departments from gardening, bathroom sink, granite sealer there was somebody close by ready to help out and knowledgeable along with a pleasant personality always helps.

My husband was layed off and we were in a desperate situation and Jorge at the 3316 Pecos Rd store went over and beyond his scope to help my husband and I. Now I can have my new appliances! Thank you Jorge!!
