Well stocked, variety plentiful, professional services and knowledgeable sales representatives who are courteous, subject matter experts on product available, timelines, prices and price comparative, as well as upselling on various products offerings to complement other ideas that are stocked within Home Depot.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff; I have been going to this store for years and have never been disappointed. Employees are generous with their time and will help on even the smallest project.

I shop here often and can usually find what I need on my own. But when I do need help there is usually someone right there with the answers. This store gets me in and out quicker than any other.

I received excellent service from Pamela who went out of her way to complete my online order and arrange the Military Discount I qualify for. Rarely have I found such helpful and knowledgable employees in chain stores. Customer Service was excellent!!

This store was "extremely" clean/shiny. I would like to this continue after CORONA 19.

I returned a christmas present to this location and was denied the correct price for the gift. It was a christmas present but had no receipt i was given 40% of the value of the Gift and said that was company policy. I asked where the return information was it was nether posted and found by the manager. I feel robbed and will encourage other to stay away from this location. Also I will encourage others to seek business else where for further purchases.

The Penfield Home Depot #1247 is truly my HOME for my building, paint and hardware needs. Always know that the Staff will go out of their way to assist you !

It took only 10 min. to purchase my required item. Assistant came after about three min. and found desired item in few seconds. He also help to load onto cart.

It took assistance to find the shelving we were looking for, but Excellent assistance was given today in the crowded store. The checkout lines were finally organized and went quickly and smoothly.

When I called they answered the phone immediately they answered all my questions and we’re kind and courteous when I arrived everyone was wearing a mask they help me load my purchase the cashier was extremely nice and got me assistance to load my purchase in my jeep the young man help me load my purchase and was very kind and courteous even though the store is far away for me from other stores I will always come here now

I HAVE OPTIONS BUT PREFER THE PENFIELD STORE

Was in this store last Saturday. Walked past 6 different customers with no masks. No employee stopped them. Saw 3 employees with masks pulled down or no mask at all. They were around customers.

We have been working on a home improvement project since January and have visited this store at least 20 times through the covid impact and beyond. Everyone at this store is helpful, kind, and amazingly knowledgeable. Every time I visit, there are at least 3 or more associates that ask if they can assist. They auto-extended the date for the measurement of my carpet install due to the pandemic. They also extended the free installation sale because of the same. They are truly a great retail operation. Thanks for all your help.

There is no point to ordering online for "quick" pickup. I still waited almost 24 hours for the email that my items were ready. When I arrived they still had to call someone from the back to go get them, from the aisle they were being sold at (I could have done this myself). I still had to go into the store and wait. Online ordering didn't make anything quicker, more convenient, or safer. The only friendly person was the gentleman at the door. Everyone else was cranky and not helpful at all.

We came to this store for our annual tomato plants. The garden center was very well organized. We bought a couple packs of annuals also. The check out went very well. We felt very safe in this store as all their employees wore face masks and gloves and there was hand sanitizer in the store. They always have everything we need. The associates were very helpful.

The staff member That I asked for help was very rude and short I told him I was looking for a 2 gallon water in cans per the website they were well over 100 in stock his reply was well if we have that money and if they were that easy to fine we all know where they were just relax we’ll find it I told him I don’t have time to play games I need to get home as I have a brand new puppy at home

The woman in the paint department should find a job where she does not need to interact with customers. She is useless

Chloe knew what we needed (even though I gave a terrible expiation) and exactly where it was. Loews is never that good. We are going to be permanent customers even though it is a longer drive.
