I like the Home Depot in Peru the employees are very knowledgeable in almost all departments I have purchased Blinds doors bathroom fixtures kitchen fixtures electrical fixtures smoke detectors also many garden items I have gotten help anytime I have been in the store. Thank you Home Depot a satisfied customer

Went in to buy a new John Deere riding mower and Brett was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. However after checking the reviews we decided to go a little bigger and went back the next day and Jamie made the switch very easy and very pleasurable. Definitely LOVE our Peru Home Depot!

I in the store looking for stain for my new deck. Bob help answer all my questions, help me receive discounts and was with me from picking out the stain to checking out

I was only in the exterior plant area,everything was where I needed to find it.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND REVIEW GUIDELINES.. WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.

not a single cashier open, save for self check out, at 2 pm. many employees around the store, most seemingly doing nothing important, but not one cashier lane open. i work as a home depot home services contractor and i find it insulting and annoying that i am forced to be my own cashier, completely unacceptable level of service.

Home Depot in Peru is fantastic. It's very rare if an employee sees you and does NOT ask if you need help. They all say hello with a smile.

The staff at store #1977 Peru is one of the best. Everyone I encounter was extremely helpful. Mike B in the building department spent all the time I needed to help me with my project. Making many suggestion that where helpful and cost saving. Then he and staff put the order together and loaded on truck to transport. The only think that could have been better if they would have followed me home to unload LOL

No matter the day, the hour, or the month that I enter this store, I am greeted and assured that there are department employees available to assist me if needed in my shopping experience. Employees were available to assist me in search of particular items and questions I may have asked on how to do a job or what is needed to do a job. I never had a problem locating items when I inquired as to location in store from employees. Every employee impressed me with their knowledge of the store and isles even when it was not their department of expertise. I applaud ALL employees from The Home Depot Store #1977 in Peru, IL 61354.

The store itself is a pretty typical average Home Depot. An employee of theirs, Ms. Bob, is awesome! She helped us with our flooring needs in ways that no other store or employee has! Thank you Bob!!!

The Peru store has the most friendly and helpful staff I have experienced in the many Home Depots I have visited in many states. It may be smaller then many, but the staff make t my favorite Home Depot. I have visited Home Depots in Hawaii, Florida, Arizona and Tennessee which came close.

I have shopped at this store since it opened. I have always enjoyed the staff and the selection of items.I have purchased everything from power tools to appliances and always been able to ask ( and get a straight answer) from the staff.
