Helpful employees. Amazing customer service.

Good location but need to put one in in Ottawa, IL

Was in the store today shopping for a new wheelbarrow and some other items, Mike saw I was on crutches and came over and got the wheelbarrow out for us, since it was dirty so he took it up to the cashiers cage where he and Alison the cashier cleaned it all up for us, then Mike loaded it into out vehicle for us. Made our day, you have the nicest, friendliest employee's, a very clean store employees who are there to support your customers and cant be happier that we purchased our items from a store that also appreciates it veterans. Thank you so much for making my day.

CAN ALWAYS FIND HELP I NEED!

Always happy with Home Depot! We love that they give back to their community and provide the kids building workshop once a month.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I bought carpeting which is usually a challenge but the people at the store and the installers were all wonderful. They moved my furniture for me where totally professional and pleasant to deal with. I will have them do more work without a moments hesitation

We were greeted immediately upon entering store and shown where the appliance department was. The staff in appliances were some of the kindest and most helpful that we have encountered in some time. As I am disabled the staff loaded and took our new stove to the loading area and loaded it for us. All in all a great shopping experience.

There was someone in the outside garden store that answered my question on a sale item. It was nice that I did not have to go looking for someone

I had an easy time getting my business completed at the customer service counter. They are efficient, friendly and helpful.

I have been to this specific location now several times in the past couple years. I'm not one to shop ANYWHERE and when it comes to items I'm not familiar with (home construction) it makes things more difficult for me. However, when I know I need to go to HD, I KNOW if there is an issue with finding anything, someone in this location will be able to help me. I've never had issues here. All employees are friendly, whether they are personally assisting you or just passing by.

Had the BEST experience at the Peru Home Depot store. The managers, Margie in paint, Brittany and Angie in customer service and Bob who helped load our large purchase were all super helpful. Can't say enough good things about the customer service at this store!!!

The Peru Store is absolutely EXCELLENT in help. There is always someone asking if a person needs any help...and if you do...they know the answers or know whom to take you to in getting help. The assistance there is wonderful! Wished there was a Home Depot in Ottawa or Morris....Thank you!

Great store! However I would like to see that Scott Snap Bags we're available in this store earlier. Too date 4/30/18 there are none.

very customer friendly employees especially an older lady in the flooring department , she has helped me and my wife a lot with redoing the floors in our house

Peru IL store was excellent today working with salesman John Eilert who made the experience less stressful & very productive!

I am a DIYer and have visited this location on 2 occasions with issues I needed help with. On both visits, Mike B saw I needed help and was EXTREMELY helpful. I got exactly what I needed on both occasions and have an angel in disguise that I will search out on any future visits that I need help. Very helpful and friendly!

I have always had excellent service at the Peru store. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. If they didn't have an item I needed I was directed to who might carry it.

They have a very good assortment of power and hand tools. They have a good supply of products on hand and if you need help there are plenty of sales people to help. If they don't have it in stock they will help you in ordering it. The store is clean an the staff has been friendly.

the 11% off rebate match on anything in the store is a scam during the same time menards is running their 11% discount.
