The transformer in a doorbell kit was faulty. Mike found an equivalent transformer to replace the one from the kit. Robin assisted in the transaction to replace the kit transformer with one off the shelf. A manager was involved as well. I had to wait for the manager to make their was to the register for the transaction. The wait is worth having a working video doorbell.

Good location, and value for items needed

The store is big enough, so choices to make, good quality and quantity and their staffs are so much helpful, friendly and hardworking. Very clean environment.

Nisha helped my boyfriend out and she made our experience at this location amazing!

We shop the Laveen location all the time because the customer service is excellent! Devone (manager) goes above and beyond to ensure we get the best customer experience. We strongly recommend visiting this location.

Customer service is lacking at this store. My wife and I come to this store more often because they usually have more stuff we need in stock. However while walking through the store I have witnessed some horrible customer service mainly from their younger employees. They are uneducated when you ask them where things are, and their customer service area is somewhat of a joke. Don’t waste your time asking Nancy for assistance she doesn’t know what she’s talking about and would rather pawn you off to customer service/ credit services than try to help you. Don’t expect to be treated well here, but would return and use self check out.

I have just moved to the area and wasnt sure what to expect here! Believe me when I was floored by the customer service we received. I love Home Depot just simply because I am kind of a DIY person. However, this store blew my mind the employees were so nice and patient with all my millions of questions. and when I stumped them they were not a afraid to say IDK!! Seriously amazed. Store was clean organized and simply just GREAT!!!

Extremely helpful staff, very clean store and always stocked well. this is where i make all my home improvement purchases. I do however not have a Home Depot charge card anymore because i refuse to deal with Citibank.

This my favorite home depot, not only because it is my neighborhood, but because the staff are most always friendl, helpful and knowledgeable.

"Dom" was the young Home Depot associate who helped me during this visit. He was helpful and knew exactly where the item l needed was located. I appreciate respectful young employees. Good for you, Dom! Keep up the good work.

Store was clean and clerks were very helpful

I have been in this store a lot. Most of the time it is a bit frustrating because you have to run down help. I recently had to buy a whole bathroom. Sales associate Larry helped me buy everything I needed and made sure I had I got the right things. I had a great time buying what I needed because Larry cared enough to make sure I got the right items.

The two associates Devone and CeCe are awesome, they provide top notch customer service. This store has earned my business from this experience.

I went in to get parts for my air compressor hose. Danl helped me figure out how many connections I needed and the best method for doing it..he was very professional and helped me get it worked out.

Detrick is the manager on duty today and he was my knight in shining armour. I lost my store credit card and he honored it for me! I am thrilled. This is one of the very nicest things anyone has done for me in a long time. Thank you Detrick!

The store is clean, products are clearly visible with prices. I have seen customer service is first and knowledgeable. I had two employees go out of their way to help me. I was taken directly to where the products were. The two employees used activate listening skills and were able to both answer my questions. Most important of all, I did not hear "No or I do not know" before looking to see if the product is available. This has been my experiences at other stores, but not at MY HOMEDOPOT. I would drive out of my way to receive knowledgeable people that put customers first.

Everything is available at this store for all your building and remodeling needs. I have been in the store many times as I remodel my home. The employees will help you with anything you need. This is my "go to" store for all of my remodel needs. Nice employees, clean store, and they have everything.
