If you need assistance in plumbing, Louie is very knowledgeable and very patient. The staff are helpful and the managers do not have any attitude with the customers, unlike the competitor.

This Home Depot Store on 51st Ave and Baseline is easy to get into, great selection of products and staff is very knowledgeable about their areas. I love shopping here. The store is always clean and well lighted. The garden area is well stocked as is the rest of the store, we remodled out kitchen with home depot and were very pleased with the results

Be VERY CAREFUL about appliance delivery. Thirteen days after plunking down $$$, we still have no washer & no idea when we will. First: no call no delivery on scheduled date. Second: They attempted to deliver a damaged washer on re-scheduled date. Third: ??? And that's AFTER multiple attempts to get clarification. MISERABLE experience.

The main thing that I want to say is about the outside helper. I believe his name is Juan. He works at the 51ave and baseline store in Laveen. The kids that work there act like it's a chore to help someone but not Juan. He is friendly, doesn't say a word and works like a bull, a very kind person and a very hard worker. You should be happy to have him and try not to lose him. I have seen him picking up carts that people had left around when he has some idle time. Nice store, Great people..

I like shopping the Home Depot on Baseline just West of 51st ave because it has a big parking lot, with good vehicle spacing, I drive a 1 ton Ram Dully. Easy to access to the store. All the associate and Cashiers are friendly and helpful. The store is always bright and clean smelling.

Awful customer service, and the cashiers are inept. Tried triple charging me for product, and argued with me as if I was stealing or trying to get over on her when I told her I absolutely did not have what she was charging me for.. and then walked away when I told her I DID not have that much. could we call over the sales associate that helped me physically load the wood, and then cut said wood. OR, and I know this sounds crazy.. can we measure the wood to find all the inches youre charging me for? To no avail, I had a total or 800" but it was an argument that ended up needing resolved by a store manager. Another nightmare trip to the local lumber store. Would not recommend this location.

If you are looking to purchase appliances or granite countertops Home Depot is the place to go. Great customer service, knowledgeable associates. I have purchased tile flooring, kitchen suite and granite countertops. great products great service.

After 20 years of playing professional baseball and traveling the world, i feel i have somewhat of a little knowledge of peoples experience to say the least. This store has what I call a championship team comradery about them. They all seem as though they have each others back as employees, and they all enjoy one another's talents as a whole. Love this stores energy.

Home Depot is handy to our home and always stocked in products we are searching for. Today I needed a variety of items and employees were quick to help me. Also a staff person was very helpful loading 40 bags of softener salt into my cart and then into my car. Most appreciated!

Cashier at self checkout Dora was amazing she was helpful. Lisa and Eilene at service were very kind and helpful when we first walked into the store. Would go back again :)

One of the cleanest Home Depots I have ever been to. Courteous and helpful employees. Linda at the Pro Desk and Lisa at the Online Pick up desk are simply amazing! Do not mind shopping there at all.

Overall a great store to shop at. Has most everything I need. Would be nice if you could enlarge the store and carry an even larger variety of products.

My experience in this store was great! the associate in the gardening section are just amazing, and helpful.
