My experience has always been great at this store. The employees are always helpful whenever I need help. It is never hard to find anybody, and every question I have, gets answered. This store has amazing service and its in the perfect location to get to easily, in Southern Oregon. Thank you for always giving me the best experience every time I go to Home Depot.

The manager Adrian Does Not know how to cut blinds or help customers on 2/22/21. Turned me away lost a sale made a customer very angry and wasted my valuable time. Hopefully Adrian does not make more then the associates who are actually doing the work, I would recommend having management who knows how to operate a Home Depot. It's disturbing to know your running a store with untrained management or someone who has no respect for the customer.

They experience I’ve had at this Home Depot have been amazing they are all knowledgeable on the departments they work in and they’re always wanting to make sure you’re satisfied.

We went to a local appliance store to purchase a gas range and was told that model was out of stock and would take 6 weeks to get the model we wanted. We told their sales person we were going to Home Depot. The sales person said if their store doesn't have that model in stock then no one does. Went to Home Depot just to make sure and got the exact model we wanted on sale for less than the appliance store we were just at. The sales person made sure we had all the parts we needed, set up the delivery date and we were out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Unprofessional and incompetent! No point in writing reviews... nothing is ever done to make it better.

I'm very fond of succulents, and the selection of succulents at Home Depot is Excellent. The prices are affordable, and the quality of the plants is outstanding. I definitely intend to purchase more in the future.

Morgan, Karmin, Heather R, and Jeremy were the best! Extremely helpful and tracked down the lights I was looking for. Very happy about my visit because of this group of employees.

I don't always have good experiences here and cannot always find what I need but Jeff Whitman really helped me purchase the appliances I needed on this visit. His efficiency is what the store should strive for. If this store can have more employees available at customer service and on the floor helping customers locate items, they will improve the already good experience for people.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HAD A CLERK ACT LIKE THEY DID NOT SEE ME YET WE MADE EYE CONTACT

While maintaining a professional and positive demeanor, Jeremy in Hardware was able to break down my inquiry and provide me with direction on how to successfully complete my DIY project. His advice brought my subpar project to a level of results that far exceeded my expectations. With his vast knowledge and ability to articulate it in a way that makes sense to an entry level DIY enthusiast, Jeremy sets a new precedent that should be followed by all Home Depot departments.

Alex & Jeff were honest, intelligent, informative regarding the product, installation, return policy, their store's website, and Internet review's of the product. They far out-shined the online chats & employee's of the 3 other store's we visited even when we returned several times due to our indecision & misinformation by other stores.

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a Home Depot. Jenny in appliances and Dee in paint went over and above to help us with all our purchases and questions. These are the types of Helpful employees every Company wishes to have. A huge asset to the store and the Company. I highly recommend this store to everyone! The manager and staff at the Customer Service desk, Resse and Moli I believe were fantastic as well, helping with rental on a pressure washer!! 5 STARS ALL AROUND

Very disappointed that I ordered an appliance which after 2.5 months, turns out LG does not even make anymore. I called this store several times for updates, Jeff was good but had several managers say they would get status and call back and only received that courtesy ONE time. I live over an hour from this store and calling and being able to talk with a live person is difficult. I had to DRIVE there on many occasion just to get an update. I am waiting for a refund and will take my business elsewhere.

My visits to the store have always been productive, and I have found what I was looking for. The salespeople were pleasant and helpful, the store was clean. After the Corona virus goes away, I'll be very likely to return to a Home Depot store.

This store beats out all it competitors in the area. Staff is knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they find out for you and do their best to help you. We really enjoyed our shopping experience and will be shopping here exclusively for all our home/hardware needs.
