It is a given that THE HOME DEPOT in Phoenix wants our business. I highly recommend them. I know I will be using them in the future.

No one will answer a phone! General answer we are sorry there is a "glitch" in the system on the order. I placed an order first 4/29/2020. wrong dishwasher sent on 5/6. did not get picked up till 5/19 reordered 5/21 delivery to be on 6/2 no dishwasher "glitch" had failed to order new dishwasher waiting for refund to go to Lowe's.

Taylor is a great employee she went out of her way when others wouldn’t.

Some their employees are not every helpful. And come make you feel like helping you is an inconvenience to them.

We had a very good shopping experience at the PHOENIX Store #8557. Everything we were looking for was available and easy to find. We needed a new dryer and an employee was there to answer questions and set up payment and delivery for us in a very timely manner. The store was clean and the associates were friendly and helpful during this Covid 19 problem and the store set up very well to help keep everyone safe by limiting the number of people in the store, markers for social distancing and spray bottles for carts. Thanks for doing such a good job.

My experience at the Home Depot has been excellent. Always helpful employees. Usually have what I need. The "return" and customer assistance area has always been so helpful.

The products I was there for were easily accessable. The cashier was very friendly and they offer my Veteran discount. Thank You.

My husband and I always choose Home Depot over the other similar stores because the customer service is so much better. Employees are friendly, easy to find, and eager to help! That means we can find what we need quickly and also enjoy the shopping experience.

Employees were not wearing masks and were not practicing social distancing.

I will definitely come back when I need to make more purchases, when I need any home improvements. this made our shopping experience very pleasant.

Made arrangements for curb pick up. Took an hour and 48 minutes waiting to pick up washer that I had bought early in the day. They said it would be at curb and wasn't. Have bought several big items but am rethinking future items.

i like your store a lot

Your survey was not particularly appropriate for me as I am a home owner who does her own work. A lot of your patrons are not professionals in the building industry. Please remember those of us who come to you for parts and appliances for our own homes. Your employees are very helpful, I found exactly what I needed, the store was clean.

Everyone seems very knowledgeable as to where things are, friendly, helpful. Nice experience.

Great Customer Service

We make purchases at the Home Depot stores in Medford -- Grants Pass -- and The Dalles all stores are well stocked, have frendly staff are clean and are uncluttered

We drove out to look at the dishwashers after not getting much help at the "L" store. We talked with Jeff and he helped us with the one we wanted.

Adequate parking, helpful and often knowledgeable and friendly help. Home Depot has a wide selection of materials in stock or available to order.

The staff at this store are exceptional with their customer service. They helped me with a big purchase and many returns. They made sure the process went smoothly.

Don Houchen is great.....he is an expert in advising customers and assisting them in home improvement decisions.

Ordered already twice for pickup. The first time Order got lost and it took forever to get the item. The second time took forever and then it was broken. It was an emergency so I had to buy something else. No help from Home Depot to expedite the replacement. Home Depot should not offer to order online and pick up in Store, they obviously can't handle it.

I entered the store at the ENTRANCE side of the building, and was (un?) fortunate to get a spot right next to it. Little did I realise that in inclement weather conditions this would NOT be a good thing : ) . I was looking for the Nutcracker soldiers I saw on the advert, and couldn't find any. I was trying to wait patiently st the "returns" desk to ask the gentleman working there where to find them but he was only looking forward and not too aware of anything else around him. Which is GOOD because his customer got all of his attention - the way it should be. The associate at the paint desk was very helpful to me. She said she didn't know where the item I wanted was located, and went to look it up. She responded that there was no location given, and encouraged me to try the area again, paying more attention to the small area towards the inside wall and the end of the Christmas lights. Of course! I didn't see it, and stopped another associate walking back from lumber who took me directly to them - *exactly* where the paint desk associate said to look. It was quite difficult to work oneself from the entrance side of the store and returns desk to the check out lines (get rid of the U-scan registers! Employ REAL people, not machines!) at the other end NOT because of a throng of people, but because of the aisle walk-way being taken over by various floor displays and shoppers, and a tool box, and gloves, utility knives, ratchet straps - all in shippers and all making walking with a shopping cart difficult, and add to that clutter customers stopping at the pick-up window and inattentive/overly stimulated shoppers, and it was simply not a good note to end on. UNTIL: Leslie at checkstand #2. Man! Oh, Man! Leslie was able to scan my nutcracker decorations in the cart, and had a total for me AND a smile. My card faulted, and so I did the series over again. Sensing my next question, she assured me that I wouldn't be charged twice, it was probably something in my card. And it was, and we were done! She kindly pointed out to me that it had begun to rain again, and apologised that there weren't any plastic sheets big enough to keep water off my purchases. So she offered to watch my cart for me while I went to get my motor car, and park it under the eaves there in front. I returned, she said hello again to me, and wished me to have a good day! Well Leslie? YOU made it a good day! Folks: it's a huge box type home improvement store designed for the contractor and the Diy'er, and it can seem daunting and impersonal at times. But let me assure those of you reading, Leslie is a great representative of Home Depot!! Well done.

Two different departments empoyees were great helpers without pressuring me to buy anything. I bought three kitchen appliances and plan to buy some flooring.

Ryan in the flooring Department has been a Life saver in helping us with the remodel of our Master bath, Thank you Ryan, your our go to guy and we Thank you for your knowledge, Patience and professionalism. Our Check outs have been fast and pleasant and we will be back.
