My local Home Depot showed my item as two in stock, but it was wrong. (Probably because of thieving shoplifters). Found that another location also showed some in stock, but I called first to have an employee verify that it was there before I drove over to the Pinellas Park store. Got great help on the phone and the item was set aside for me. It's nice to know that you can still get human help, even in a big box store! Thanks.

Employees make the customer experience. Regardless of the department there is someone who can answer your question. Seams like years of experience is on staff all the time.

From the moment you walk in, the employees greet you and are staggered throughout the store to offer help. The store is well stocked and very clean. The process are reasonable, and checkout is quick and simple! Extremely satisfied with this HD store!

"Tiny" made our day! We were looking for a hard to find item and Tiny saved the day! Not only did she check inventory she grabbed the 6'5" animated character and brought it to her register so it would still be there by the time we arrived, as this was our 3rd attempt at different locations. Adriana in the PRO area helped me out so much!! She took as much time as neccesary to help me make an accurate order. She helped me through a credit app & told me the features and value in being a PRO mamber. I have to say, without exception, that I am always treated with the utmost respect & care in my Home Depot!! It is a pleasure to go there. I know, whatever my project related questions are...the staff will help me. So encouraging!!

Visited the store last night to shop for stackable washer & dryers. The associate in the appliance department, Marie Bourgeois, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took time to go over options, brands, ratings and pricing. If ever in need of appliances again, I will go to Home Depot and visit Marie

She is knowledgeable and takes initiative to ensure you get good customer service. If it's hard, she doe not run, she has a plan and gets it done. Beginning to end.
