Friendly and helpful if asked

Junior always goes out of his way to assist me. He knows how to get me what I need and back on the road. Kelli F. was helpful as well as Rick trying to find a specific Milwaukee Drill/Driver. It was not in the store buy I shall order it on line.

I scheduled an appointment for a kitchen remodel and met with Randy. The customer service I received was exceptional. He took the time to help me explain all of my options, with estimates for each. He was enthusiastic about my project and it made me feel like he cared about the results. I was so impressed with my experience that I will be returning to this location for other home projects.

Purchased washer & dryer great service

Every time we have shopped at 0289 it has not been a good experience. One time i went in to buy concrete and asked the cashier if we could get help loading. A person from building materials came over and began making excuses why he couldn't help us and began walking away so i asked him are you going to help or not and his reply in an mean manner was don't curse at me. I was shocked because i didn't say anything of the sort. Another time i went to the pro desk and the lady asked me if this was cash or phone sale? I replied i need this on a customer agreement and sent to the bid room and will be paying home depot commercial card. Her reply to me was go through the regular register because i wouldn't be checked out through pro. Another time i ordered some drywall and lumber due to a project that's taking some time to complete. We picked up the lumber but not the drywall so when i called to pick up the drywall the customer service rep stated that the drywall has been checked out and i wouldn't be able to get the drywall until she talked to LP. So three times i asked for a manager and three times i was ignored until i demanded to speak to a manager. The manager realized that i did not pick the drywall up and set it up for me to pick it up the same day. I have my partner go and pick up the drywall and was denied because his name was not on the order but was on his HD commercial card and he did try to show her his ID and home depot card but was still denied when all she had to do is go in the order and look at the last 4 digits of his credit card which has his name on it and his ID but instead made him feel like he was trying to steal something. There are many more times that we have been in this store and have been treated with little respect and no help. We have finally made up our minds that we will not be shopping at this store anytime in the near future. Their is no reason to talk to a manager because all they do is nothing to change the employees attitudes towards the customer.

actually out of the many HomeDepot stores this is most convenient for me. Know the staff for the most part and each and everyone plays an important role for you in the outcome of the store. Very friendly, I would say much more so than some of the other Home Depot Stores ive been to. Maybe I am a little prejudice when it comes to shopping where I like, but this store is by far the best for me.

The store was neat and the workers were willing to help. Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. It was a pleasure to shop in this location.

Store was very clean, staff, especially Jay in the lumber department were very knowledgeable and friendly. Products, while not incredibly easy to find, associates were able to direct me to them with no issues. Probably one of the better Home Depot’s I’ve visited, and will make this store the one I will continue to visit.

Great store, super clean and well organized. Everything was easy as can be to find and the employees on the floor knew there facts and knowledge about that department, will definitely come back to this location every time.

sat morning can't walk 10 ft without someone asking to help most other times can't find any body to help many employees are mad when asked to be helped some are very friendly about it many employees where mask down under nose they dont spray disinfect carts much they said they dont have time

I want to the store about 3 o’clock in the afternoon I want to know the electric department there was already two customers attempting to find someone to get help. I stopped and associate and he indicated he could not help me but will call someone because he worked in the paint department. I waited an additional 15 minutes and no one came, at this point I want to customer service and to ask for a manager I took them 15 minutes and finally told me that there was only one manager available a female and she was busy and could not respond. Again I asked if there was someone in the store that could help me and that there was three other customers back there looking for help. At this point I walk back to the electric department waited another 15 minutes no one came I made a small purchaseOf another item that I needed and left the store I was going to buy a circuit box and some wiring that probably was going to total about $250 and it up having driving down to Lowe’s to get help. This is not the first time that I have went to the Home Depot and could not get any help the other department was a plumbing department and had a similar experience but not as bad so that’s why I would not recommend shopping at this particular Home Depot

This store is easy to get around and well stocked. People are generally helpful. I will continue to go back.

Paint department is slow, they work when ready, as today Trisha talk with an employee for 10min before coming to mix my paint. I was in sight of the two too. When he left then she helped. It would be bad standing waiting, BUT with a mask on it gets hot. Today the average was very low

Very coutious of safety due to covid19 and wonderful service and very clean store and very polite and knowledgeable staff and friendly

Good clean store, managers are nice, staff is friendly. Too many Beggars standing right outside the front entrance door without masks on. The employees are nice but don’t know the answers to many basic questions when asked. Bathrooms are clean, but No hand sanitizer is available. The majority of the Cashier Lines are Self-Checkout which is a pain in the Rear end.

I am really getting used to the stores and the employees

Every contact with staff at this location has been positive for me! I am grateful for people on your staff. Without exception, they go out of their way to be of help. They are full of information and can offer ways to help me get my tasks done with the proper tools. I am always treated with respect. Thank you for the atmosphere of cooperation & collaberation in your store.

No one wiping cart handles, most employees are not wearing masks... I'll wait before I go back again

Lisa one of the managers was very rude. I was followed all the way out of the store into the parking lot and asked if I checked out when I obviously did and showed the store receipt to only have her imply I am lying and at that point I was like you can check the cams because I’m not doing this with you. This is bullying and racism
