I had a ribbon light I needed to replace the lights inside of, as they had died. Justin was nice enough to answer all my questions regarding LED Christmas lights and the lights he recommended worked perfectly. It took time to get them inside the ribbon, but it was worth it.

I was looking for lumber I had written down on a list from my husband. Adam helped me. He helped pick the best lumber, loaded it on my cart and offered advice. He patiently listened to me describe the “thing that nails to a 2x4 that holds it secure” and “the metal thing that goes in the ground that holds a 4x4” remarkably, he knew what I meant.

This store has a knowledgeable staff that offers assistance whenever needed, just ask!.

The women in the carpeting section are excellent to deal with. They made sure I understood everything with my purchase and the complete process.

Home Depot always has knowledgeable and helpful people working in the Pittsfield Store. If I have a question or need information, there is always an answer from one of the employees.

I returned a furnaced filter due to wrong size. Annette was at the counter and was everything you would want at the counter, pleasant, cordial efficient and a good employer for Home Depot.

This is by far the best HD in the tri-state area. Always a great experience! Excellent customer service eager to help! Clean & shelves are well stocked.

Adam in Lumber and Genaro in Deliveries spent a lot of time to make sure we had lumber cut accurately for our project. Genaro figured out the most efficient way to cut the plywood and then took time to explain what we needed to Adam who was very good natured about completing the work. They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and good natured!

I had the distinct honor to get some assistance from a young man in Electrical. He took the time to listen and really understand my project. He then proceeded to scope out all the needed parts for me so I'd be sure to have them all when I got home. Thanks Brendon and also thanks to Shanon A as I was checking out!

I purchased a microwave oven Nov.7 2023 but returned next day reasons grey inside not white,light in oven very dim,clock was too bright lite up kitchen,turn table was wobble.It was the vissani 1.1 cu ft.Should have read reviews before purchasing.
