Store is neat and orderly. Mostly always full of inventory. Rental equipment department is organized and easy to use. The Pro/Contractor pick-up area is always tidy and easy to find space to load materials. Friendly, helpful staff throughout. And, Jim who promotes the Home Depot Credit Cards, he is a great guy. He signed me up years ago and every time I see him I stop and chat. He is so very pleasant and a great Home Depot spokesperson even when he is not signing you up for a Home Depot credit card.

After having a terrible experience with Pam at the Northville store, Mike single handedly restores our faith in Home Depot’s designers. He really did an amazing job on our kitchen design. Such a good job that I had to ask why he doesn’t have his own company doing this. He went above and beyond the entire 5-6 hours that we worked with him. He is so knowledgeable about not only the product HD carries, but also his overall knowledge of kitchen design, installation, and the pros and cons of doing everything one way or another. Not only that, but I will be suggesting Mike to everyone I know who needs kitchen help. He is worth the drive even from far away. He is truthfully the reason we ended up buying from HD when we originally only came for the design ideas. Mike was extremely appreciated!

Ray Gibb in kitchen design was extremely helpful in helping us design a useful layout for our new kitchen while staying in our budget. He is a great asset to Home Depot.

I always find this store to be clean and organized. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. If not approached or asked by them, they have always helped or found the help needed when asked.

This is the best Home Depot Store in the area. I have shopped here for years and the staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always very clean.

I was looking for a freezer for my son and daughter-in-law. A man, who was not in the appliance department, helped me find the product I was looking for and took me to the person who could complete my order. I wish I had remembered his name. Also, Judy, who completed my order, was able to quickly help me with my purchase. I did have to wait a short time while she was on the phone with another customer, but I did not find that a problem.

My salesperson in the flooring dept. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed, and she answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) and was very friendly. Highly recommend!

An associate coordinated the acquisition of some kitchen cabinets that I needed ASAP from a neighboring Home Depot store (Northville, MI). She had a fellow associate call that store and make sure that they "could put their hands" on the desired cabinets before I traveled to that store and not make a wasted trip. They processed the acquisition of these cabinets with an online purchase and supplied me with a "Claim Check" and pick them up at the Service Desk and not to have to wait in a checkout. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

My visit was time-strapped, but the employees insured it was successful. I was in need of supplies for an unexpected kitchen construction project the next morning and my arrival time was within an hour of the stores closing time. The employees were very friendly/accommodating, even though it was almost closing time and I needed product brought down from a shelf off the main floor. The staff not only made sure that I had all of the supplies I needed, but stayed open after closing hours to make sure I could still check out. And not to forget, they even verified if I needed help loading the supplies into my truck. GREAT EXPERIENCE, WONDERFUL STAFF!

There is one particular gentleman in the store that always asks me how I am doing and always in for a talk. I like it there. I moved 12 years ago to the area and he is always there at least for the last 12 years.

I've shopped at the Plymouth store for many years and have had wonderful experiences with customer service, pricing, and selection. The employees are the real standouts for me, as I have been a business owner for 10 years and understand the importance of customer service. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience in the rental center on 9/23/20, where I rented a lawn aerator that did not perform (the drive mechanism), making it impossible to complete the job. Upon return, the rental center employees dismissed my comments and said that's how the unit performs and I should have rented an upgraded, more capable model. I hope the unit was at least tested, based on my comments, so the next customer does not have the same frustrating experience and waste time and money. I'm giving it a 1 star rating for this particular visit. I'll steer clear of the rental center at this particular store but probably continue to shop there for other goods.

The associates in this store are always there and ready to help. Very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.

THe store was a good experience. Appliance packages are a little difficult to research within the store, but the sales people were very knowledgeable

I’m a general contractor and I am in a HOME DEPOT most every day.When I asked for help I’d like to receive help and not a attitude. We’re all busy and a little common courtesy goes a long way especially when you’re dealing with the manager.

I live just miles away - I truly can say this is my favorite Home Depot location around in the Metro Detroit area. Store is clean, organized and the employees go above and beyond to help..whether it be fixing up my moms birdhouse or giving second life to a family-tied project. As a young kid, I have never written a review before on behalf of a business, yet I feel so strongly about this store I had to share my experience.

The store is usually okay. The department head of Lumber has anger issues. Steve, DH is super rude. Would not go their and seek help from him. Might need to check out other box stores

I like this store very much but i will be avoiding it for awhile. The reason being one of your employee's was tell a customer how he and his wife both had covid-19 and beat it. The whole time he was talking to this guy he had his mask around his neck and not on his face. I dont know if he is a carrier or not, but thats not right!!

We are extremely satisfied with Home Depot and after a sordid string of unsavory, dishonest contractors (not associated with Home Depot) we are committed to all services provided by HD, for life!

This store has some of the most outstanding associates in the business. It has been my experience on each visit to be able to readily find assistance from anyone regardless of the department to which they have been assigned. Friendly and efficient associates!

I will go out of my way to come to this Home Depot. I work closer to the one on Haggerty and my home is closer to the one on Ford Rd.....but I will drive all the way to 5 mile and Beck to come to this store. The people are so friendly and every single one of them will go out of their way to help you find something or to help you brainstorm projects that you are working on! I don't know how many projects they've helped me to figure out and finish or how many products I've bought ranging from appliances to potting soil. This is the only hardware store that I will shop at! :-)

Steve and Daniel worked very hard to correct the problem. We had to return and reorder the 721 Toro snowblower. This item is NOT stocked at the store.

Nobody is perfect, but Home Depot @2762 comes close.

On my shopping trip at 2pm on a Sunday the store was packed ... it took 15 minutes to check out . 3 employees were standing around at the self checkout and not 1 register open ... not 1- all self checkout . I started scanning my items and I noticed the scan gun was filthy and sticky - very gross and unhealthy . I almost left my 6 items right there unpaid for .

We were assisted by Judy in appliances. She was extremely helpful. She was sure that we got the best price and answered all our questions. She helped us find the exact refrig we wanted and at a great price.
