You really need to allow spouses of customers return merchandise and be able to use the in store credit, without having to check in with manager first

If you need paint . . . . Dan was outstanding!!! Very attentive and terrific attitude. He matched my Sherwin Williams paint "card" and instructive as to painting project.

Associates are always friendly and helpful.

Always have a great experience with whatever I it is that I am visiting the store to buy.

The Salesperson in the Appliance section was excellent and knew the Products. He was excited about the Products and his knowledge about the refrigerators was excellent. He treated his coworkers well and the Team was excited about the Products that they sold

Overall store was better than others and I plan on visiting in the future when in the area.

Recently seemed to improve helping customers. I am usually aloof, but that did not stop employees asking if I needed help, which I did.

I had returned an item earlier which I had purchased with a Gift Card. I was given a store credit and not a gift card back even though I had the original receipt. This store credit came with a lot of tails like it can be used only by me and no other family member. I had to show my ID to redeem this store credit which I do not have to with a gift card. I am not at all happy about this policy which is move backwards for customer service.

Ed in the garden department was incredible! He knew the answers to all my questions, was really knowledgeable and friendly!

Antonica (customer service) and Judy (appliance department) went above and beyond my expectations to help me put together a rather large in-store/online order to outfit my first home. Their patience, knowledge, and professionalism made what was a rather daunting order seem like a breeze. Great store. Cheerful and helpful employees every time!

The store appeared clean. The parking lot did not have carts floating around which is always great to see. So many employees were asking me if I needed help or trying to find things. It was a very pleasant experience. I did self check out and was in and out with what I needed before I knew it. I would recommend this location and will visit again.

I drive out of my way to go to this store. They are very helpful and kind.
