I purchased this item and I'm very pleased with it

No one answers the phone whenever I call to communicate.

This store is conveniently located, ample parking, clean, well-stocked, and items neatly placed. The employees are very helpful and ready to assist if you need them.

Friendly cashiers, great customer service.

Please train the staff about their products especially in home appliances filters and refrigerators

This customer service has the worse customer service skills. The employees are rude and do not try to help you at all. When you ask for a manager they laugh and tell you she won’t do anything but I’m calling her anyways. Will never shop at this Home Depot again

Just want to give a shout out to three exceptional employees at store #6851 in Kissimmee. John in electrical, Victor in garden and Kenny “G”. When it comes to going above and beyond in delivering customer service, these guys get it. From taking the initiative, to assisting and exhibiting kindness they are most certainly worthy of recognition. It is my sincere hope that all customers will have the opportunity and pleasure of being helped by them.

Highly recommend with great enthusiasm. Jessica, Golden & John were amazing and know how to provide great customer service.

They need to open 2 registers in the Garden Center. There was only 1 register when we were there on 4/13/2021 about 1:30 pm. The line to pay for your items went down the isle into the plants. It took us over 30 minutes to pay for 10 bags of soil. The person who helped load the bags of soil was great.

This is a great store not only because how close it is to my home, the customer service is one of the best in Kissimmee. Always attentive and clean.

Erika did an outstanding job in helping us to see what the price would be for both the stove and dishwasher my wife and I are looking to purchase during the next 15-30 days. Unfortunately the items we wanted are unavailable through no fault of Erika. When you need an appliance go see Erika in the appliance department! Erika is the best!!

The staff is so friendly so courteous knowledgeable kind considerate caring and very passionate about their jobs love this store and I will definitely be shopping there again

The parking lot is a disaster. Carts are left everywhere. The greeter at the door is the most courteous and helpful employee. Other employees don’t greet you, thank you or wish you a good day. The shelves are not stocked properly. Items are not always where they are labeled. There’s such a big difference at the Vine Street Kissimmee store where it’s very organized and customer service is 100 % terrific. They didn’t have my item so I went to the Poinciana Store.

On weekends when people are off there should be employees for every department so you don’t have to go looking for one for 10 minutes. Plus you dont get the usual response, this is not my department before brushing you off

All of the staff at the store were exceptionally friendly. My wife and I were very surprised, kind of expecting nothing. We were both commenting on our way out how great everybody was, greeting everyone coming in, actively engaging us on if they can help us. It was nice to have them tell us right away where to find the stuff instead of wandering around like we normally do. The gentleman that helped us with the grill out front was excellent and very kind.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful in this location! We can go to other Home Depot’s but choose this one.

Associates were very helpful! Arlene, the cashier in outside garden was extremely friendly and helpful!!

Like to come to this store I was very welcomed as I walked in and greeted in every department I visited the two lady at the self checkout are very good help to others also
