My experience was awesome

I just filled out a survey and totally forgot something. This is completely irrelevant but this store has the cleanest restroom I have ever been in outside my home. And I'm including women's speciality stores. :)

I have always found that they are helpful and friendly.

We met Mr. Will in the plumbing dept. We were purchasing PVC piping and searching for someone to cut them down for us. After we were deterred by another employee, Mr. Will told us that he can cut them down for us. He showed us 3 different tools. He helped us measure all 3 pipes and cut them down while engaging us in conversation. We are working on a project that is dear to us and he helped us bring it to life. He was such a friendly man. So sweet and pleasant. Thank you so much, Mr. Will. We also met another young lady who help us find PVC piping elbows in the right size. She was helpful and friendly too.

Very friendly employees who help you find what you want. Easy in and out for this location. Store was very neat and clean. Lots of variety of products offered.

We are regulars at this Home Depot for all our repair and household needs.

Approached a very friendly employee named Claudia B., in the Cabinet and counter area. Claudia gave excellent direction to the cabinet hardware section. Found what I needed and was out in no time.

Products are easy to find, and prices are decent also...

More interested in talking with each other than helping my wife and I find what we needed. We ended up leaving with the wrong items. Several reps went right by us but you would have had to run them down to get their attention.

I prefer this store because it usually has what I need in stock. Also like that it caters to local community needs. Examples are carries plaster products, stuff to fix cast iron pipes, general products for older homes that I don't see in other home depot stores. Also there is usually an employee around that can guide me in the right direction for my project.

This store is staffed and managed in a very customer-centric, helpful manner. Over many years, I have had the staff go out of their way to help find, answer questions, give recommendations, etc. The cashiers have always been polite and cheerful.

Great store, friendly associates that are very helpful. They need to fix the lit "Home Depot " sign above the main entrance. Most of the letters are dimly lit and it looks terrible. Especially when compared to the freestanding sign on the corner which is bright and new.

I worked with Dana in appliances and Conor at the service desk. Both employees were incredible!! Dana was so patient and knowledgeable about each appliance. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Conor went above and beyond to fix a terrible experience I had had previously. He was amazing! He was so understanding and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. This is not my closest HD but I will now drive further to go here because they both were so incredible!

Always have what I need. SOOO MUCH BETTER than the Auburn Hills store. Not too crowded. People are great that work there. As new home owners in there area, we are happy to have such a convenient store with nice people who always help us out. Good people that know their jobs and know how to help you if you need it, the store is well stock and the items that I purchased was easy to locate and at a good price. The store was clean with no clutter to trip over
