Mya and Shay were at checkout & extremely friendly and helpful. Marci on the other hand brought me to tears. Im a dad with 2 under 2 so I do a ton of house work myself.I walked down an isle and saw a good size tool box in a price range I was happy with. I asked Marci if the deal for the toolbox was accurate, she saw my excitement and asked how many tools I had. I said a lot. She walks me up to the front and offers me the toolbox of my dreams for the same price. I’ll never forget that thank you

It seems like every time I come to this store, there is only one cashier and a line wrapping around to the next aisle with people waiting to check out. On this particular visit, I waited in line with eight other groups of people. Finally, I got fed up and called the main phone number and ask customer service if they would send someone else to assist with cashing people out. I was told that there was nothing they could do about their low staffing situation, but if I wanted to go to the customer service desk they would be more than happy to check me out so I didn't have to wait. I informed the person that while that would solve my immediate issue, it wouldn't be fair to all the people in front of me and wouldn't solve the core problem. Frankly, if she could cash me out at the service desk, then she could walk down to the cashier area and open up another register. That, or announce over the PA that they could assist at customer service as well.

I went to this home depot in need of some bolts and other tools and Lonnie was not only professional but he was very kind and knowledgable. Took his time to show me exactly what I needed. Will definitely be coming back to this store for all my home goods. Once again Thank you Lonnie

The management hires and trains their staff well

I had to pop in my local store for a microwave bulb and some other bulbs for my new garage opener and dining room light fixture. As always a great experience. I ask an employee when the specialty bulbs were located and they gave me help without hesitation. Walk me over there to find what I needed. They weren't slow either. None the less they immediately helped when I ask. Not that's service! The cashier called me over from a different lane to check me out. Total time in store...I'd say less that 5 minutes, perfect! Thanks again.

The Roundup with a small sprayer was a fair deal, but Marion made the checkout very pleasant

Very very disappointed by service provided when I returned products with out receipt and I don’t remember which credit card I used or pay cash.

I am always able to find the products that I need

Besides on one around to cut some wood, the long line at the pick up/ returns counter and the fact that my child was sitting on a chair and a display of solar light fell on his head and instead of asking for my child well being I got confronted by the employee for the aftermath on the floor. No one ask if he was ok. If they review the video they will see

We bought it to spray on the landscaping for spiders and spider webs. Love this product and the price is good at Home Depot. It has a battery operated spray nozzle that is easy to use and your hand isn't tired from squeezing the spray handle.

I come to the store often. Today I was helped by Dan with my Ryobi trimmer/edger purchase and Victoria is always helpful and pleasant when I’m checking out. I’ve also been helped by Rhonda in the garden section in the past, and I am grateful for her help!

I find the store well stocked and believe you need more people to help for each row

On 3/21/24 the wife and I went to this store and went to the paint section and spoke with employee DAVID. He was fantastic, knowledgeable and witty. He help us tremendously. On checkout, CONNIE was also fantastic. Very nice lady, quick and efficient. Both have great personalities. Thank you DAVID and CONNIE.

I bought a pallet of mulch and the forklift operator load the pallet on my trailer on a very unsafe way and he told me it was ok. I went to look for help at customer service and no one help me, the only thing they did was give me my money back. terrible customer service. the forklift operator was more worry of me having a receipt than helping me load the mulch. yes, I'm Hispanic, but i was not stilling i had my receipt.

On a Sunday afternoon!!! Absolutely insane. 30 plus people trying to check out.

Sean Rokes, an appliance specialist, assisted us with our purchase of 2 appliances. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to help us, and patiently answered our many questions. I highly recommend looking for Sean at Home Depot if you are interested in purchasing an appliance.

Purchased a Milwaukee Diamond Max 2" hole saw and was surprised at the perfect cut. Have used other brands but this one went above expectations.

Never enough help or people at their work stations!

I am a retired widow and had extensive damage to my house. (From Ian). I was look for items for the repair people and Bonnie saw me. She asked if she could help! She was wonderful! I have shopped at other places and they were helpful but Bonnie was outstanding. I will make Home Depot my first stop in looking for home improvement and repairs place. I would give her 10 stars. Most of the people there are great to help or find you someone who can.

Wyatt, Trusting and the manager Mike went way out of their way to help me load over 3000 lbs of materials. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the products and safety. Highly recommended!
