If you have a trailer don’t go to this depot. They let anyone park in the trailer park and you’ll have to lug your supplies across the parking lot!

Thank you for hiring good and personable workers. I've had impact windows installed, Bali pull down shades, and soon my new kitchen appliances will be delivered. Very happy with the Port Charlotte Home Depot.

The employees are alwatys willing to stop what they are doing and help someone. They will physically walk with you to the aisle. Not only thatvthey will take you to the section you need and wait to see if they can be of further assistance before they leave you. This includes checking you out ar the self checkouts

This store does not have mobility scooters that work! and if they are working, there are only 3 scooters for the entire store. Will not shop here again.

I bought a house in port Charrollet and have been in the store several times and the employees are alway willing to help and the shelves are stocked and clean.

Has a terrible experience buying a shed (TuffShed), the guy Esau in pro desk area helped me a lot trying to solve the problem with HD and TuffShed even when some access was not in his realm he found someone to help even more… that showed me the love for the company and how customer service should be. Good job!

As a former Assistant Store Manager and Department Supervisor for Home Depot this store makes me sad. They have so many problems but no management to figure it out. I am still loyal Home Depot but this store is like going to the dentist… pay someone to hurt you.

Found our hose, picked up organic soil bags very happy with choice will be back this store is worth the ride , love it

Couldn't get assistance with getting a key cut or buying a lawn mower! Cashier didn't get off of the phone for my purchase until he had to give me my change - for a very small purchase since I couldn't get help with what I came in to buy.

Wasted over an hour and a half returning 4 bricks and buying one toilet bolt. Understaffed, unfriendly, unorganized, and unappreciative of customers. Thats all I have to say about that!

You will spend most of your time here waiting online. Definitely don’t go shopping on a weekend bc your whole day will be wasted waiting or trying to find product. Employees at this location do not seem friendly or happy to work there at all ( except David in gardening he is great!). Employees are supposed to greet everyone and walk to the item. They do not follow this policy at this store

I would like to see an abudance of flowers and someone in the garden department give a seminar on the subject. Thank you Frances

This store has turned into a clusterfuck. Spend more time waiting in a long line to check out than it takes to locate what you need. Even the ladies working the area are not happy and are handing out survey cards for customers to complain... (Like ME). Put it back the way is was !!!!!

I shop at Home Depot in Port Charlotte and I like my local store. The employees are helpful. If I can’t find an item or tool they will take me to the spot to get items. Helps me get in and out to start my project at the on house. Great service.

We love this location and have made the switch from shopping at Lowe’s over a decade. The sole reason for that switch is the employees at this location!

Called for a new water heater. It was in stock, the tech showed up on time and now we have hot water!

We were searching for a washer Juan assisted us in making sure our measurements were going to work with the Samsung model we were interested in. Super friendly and knowledgeable about specs. I have to say I have been in an out of this store maybe a thousand times. Buying for either work related or home related products.It always helps to know what you are after and website is there for you just in case. People here and products are are good and store stands behind them.
