I buy at Gatlin Store, because is near to home. I always find what I need. The employees are very professionals.

Rude and obnoxious service at the return desk

All the shopping carts were out in the parking lot. Cashier line 50 feet long! Never going back.

Everyone is very Professional clean and quick to help you when needed. There attention to detail when explaining what you need for your project is on point. I definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in learning more about home improvement.

As this project has been very complicated, and several people had to purchase items and run to the store is this store specifically made it easy to find that items I needed and also return items seamlessly without feeling like a criminal and that makes me feel like the old stores where I’ll purchase more because I know that worst-case scenario if I don’t use it, I can return it without being hassled. Thank you again Home Depot.

Cannot praise this store enough! The Customer Service is unbeatable and the managers are so knowledgeable and helpful! They went out of their way to help me in purchases and returns, as I am remodeling a house and. Ended expertise. This Nome Depot is the best Home Depot in our area, and we have several. Went today in Port St Lucie and there were lines for self serve check out and not one cashier at any other register. Dumb way to keep customers!

I applied to have a hot water heater installed though HD services! The company is delta mechanical so I scheduled the appointment and I was told wait 48 hours before you call them! They never called so I called made the appointment after giving them my cr sit card info. The time was between 8-12 noon! 1:30 pm nothing so I called she said he was running late, ok! 3:30 nothing, so I called the man said he is on the way and he will text me or call when he is thirty minutes away. 5:30 I get a text and a call says he at my home. He unloads his tools and then walks up to my electric panel and says, “ I can’t do this, I don’t do electric”. I was totally disgusted and canceled it all!

The people working there are very nice, and they actually will walk you to whatever product you’re looking for. Is well-managed and very well kept with items never running out.

I am currently renovating my home in Port Saint Lucie and that means I have been shopping on all the departments, electrical, plumbing, paint, tile, woodworking, you name it. As a home “do it yourself” type of person, who is not a professional, I found that I needed a lot of advice and encouragement from the more skilled employees of the store. They have been my saving grace on many of the issues that have come up and I am very grateful for Home Depot for having so many skilled employees that can get me through some of the more difficult projects I am doing.

Needed keys made I normally have to wait a long time NOT THIS TIME Travis saw me looking at keys and took care of my needs immediately. Great job Travis ! And thank you for the amazing customer service

Excellent Customer service from all employees I interacted inperson with. The specialists over the phone had attitudes and weren't accommodating but the store experience was great!

Judi saved me from losing my $100 gift card when I accidentally left it at the register. She is such a sweetheart, thank you!

This location seems to have trained their associates better then Saint lucie west they have better customer relations also seem to have a better selection of products

The parking lot needs to be picked up form all the trash. The Carts need to be picked up as well and returned to the store. Get a street sweeper to sweep the parking lot at night and get a 5 gallon bucket with a trash picker to pick up all the trash in the bushes and along the building. Also move the toilet roll hanger in the handicap stall so to do not hit it with you leg when you use the toilet. Also the bathroom water faucets should have water that "flows" out of them, not a trickles out.

LACK OF ATTENTION FROM ASSOCIATES, AND POOR COSTUMER SERVICE.

I came in today to get a new drill to put up hurricane shutters, and my experience at this store was amazing. I sometimes see so many people acting like they are the only ones in the store and act nasty to the employees. I just wanna say I appreciate all of you and thank you for all your help. From the hardware department with Travis to the cashiers up front including (Pam). Great job Home Depot!!

There’s one lady in particular and I wish I could remember her name but she always has a treat for my dog, and she always remembers that her name is Laney!

JUST MOVED FROM NY TO FLORIDA. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. THIS GATLIN STORE IS SUPERB. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE SO HELPFUL AND SO FRIENDLY. NY YOU CANT GET THE RIGHT TIME OF DAY.
