JUST MOVED FROM NY TO FLORIDA. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. THIS GATLIN STORE IS SUPERB. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE SO HELPFUL AND SO FRIENDLY. NY YOU CANT GET THE RIGHT TIME OF DAY.

Everyone was very helpful/knowledgeable & willing to do their part to make the store look good. Would definitely go back…..

I usually use this Home Depot when shopping for home improvement products. usually good customer service and pleasant attitudes with employess.

Charlene, the cashier is extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about plants and gives me potting instructions. Thus, I enjoy shopping in your garden center.

Jolene is caring, friendly and a hard working employee. She is there to help you in more than one way. She is also fast. I love fast workers ( perhaps she is from NY?)

I was returning merchandise to customer service and the line was long but cashier Stacy was quick efficient and personable made the experience excellent.

Picked up an item the display case had listed as $59 when rang up at cashier station it came up as $79 informed Debora the cashier of the price discrepancy but she blew me off informed her again when she asked for payment to which she stated she couldn’t leave her station to check that so we asked she call someone or get someone to do so. She finally called over a gentleman to go look which the display was maybe 15 feet from her station which I went with him to show him also. He tried saying it was wrong but when he used his phone to scan the display code it pulled up exactly what we where buying and came up at $59. He went back to her and told her and showed her what pulled up when he scanned the display code to which she said “the barcode is different so that’s not the same thing” which the box was covered in barcodes that were all different at this point now she LEFT her station which before she said she couldn’t do to go look they then got another employee involved so now 3 workers are standing at the display for 20 minutes while we are standing at the register waiting which shows you the staff is completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. When she finally came back over she stated we were wrong which clearly we were not but that it was something different so we said ok well we wanted the item listed at $59 or to explain to us the difference between the 2 which she could not do. Needless to say we walked out without buying it and I know that our business means nothing to a big company like Home Depot but if they would have honored there mistake if it actually was one they would have at least made $59 instead of $0!! I wouldn’t give any stars at all if it was possible honestly the only good thing I could say about that experience was the boy picking up carts in the parking lot was very nice.

I went to Home Depot and purchased 6 smoke detectors. When I got to the register, I commented the total was not correct and stated I did not receive a 8% discount when buying 6. The cashier was sarcastic and basically said I'm confused because as she stated "there is something called sales taxes". She stated online prices are different then store prices. So I went to customer service to return the smoke detectors and met "Elizabeth" (noted as Helen on receipt). She was the sweetest lady who quickly de-escalated my irritated attitude and quickly resolved the situation by honoring the online price. I later find out she has been recognized for customer service many times over the years. I sincerely hope Home Depot appreciates having a superstar on their team!!!

Robin, a cashier has been kind & patiently helpful! Her smile is welcoming. Also, a gentleman associate got the electrical lift to find & get the item my husband & I wanted, which was at the very top shelf. He followed safety protocol by fencing off the area. Very pleased with our visit.

Everyone in the Gatlin Home Depot is friendly and very helpful. The equipment rental team is awesome and the retuns staff is also great!

There is Always a helpful staff and a large selection of products I need

I am NEVER disappointed when I need help finding the product I'm looking for or when trying to figure out the best product for my project.

Not please with the A/C install in the garage part. Company was to call us back within 48 hrs. It’s been 2 weeks ! Another got your money then they did own you.

Store Employees on the Floor are very helpful and courteous

Compare to West Palm Beach Home Depot, Port St. Lucie is the Best and so friendly and will to help you find what you need.

Everytime I go to this Home Depot. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. I have had employees go above and beyond to help me here. It's a great place!

Needed Rigid Vacumm Filters and was able to go to the aisle were the online Home Depot website said they would be. IN AND OUT IN A BREEZE....

The Home Depot employees are the best! If you need cabinets go to the Port Saint Lucie Gatlin Store and ask for Kris. She will not only help you with cabinets but give you suggestions on design for your whole house.

In comparison to other stores l’ve been to HomeDepot has a more friendlier environment,unlike others where you can never find an employee to help ,and you tend to feel as if you’re a bother

Home Depot should take a hard look at parking and flow into and through the parking areas.Noticed cars having to make u-turns off the main road St Lucie West Blvd to get to the parking lot

My interaction with Scott Fernandes in window treatment design is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Home Depot. Remembered my name each time I came in and has the patience of a saint! Scott truly is an asset to your company.
