The store is very clean and associates are very welcoming and everybody’s wearing masks

The store was clean and the staff is super helpful!

Our associate, Steven R., was very helpful in assisting us in getting a generator before the crazy ice storm that hit us. Also, our cashier, Greicy, was very patient in helping us apply for card so we could get a discount. Personnel were nice and were organized in having the lines move swiftly.

Thank you for the great Shopping experience Today. Specially the Cashier Ruthie was going over every expiation today. The friendly and smiling Cashier really made my day.

The store was clean and the employees were friendly and beyond helpful. Josh and Tameka in the appliance department really helped alleviate the stress I was carrying walking in to make purchases for my new home. They made my early morning trip fun and pleasant!

This store is more like a true hardware store , Not like Lows a department store .

I like The Home Depot overall. I like their products and their prices are competitive with online items, so when you need that tool NOW, it's worth it to pick it up here and know that you're getting a decent deal. Also, for the most part, the employees know what's going on. I would have given 5 Stars but I can't give that "Excellent" rating because I believe that the managers of a HUGE company like The Home Depot are representative of what the company values/appreciates. You see, I work for different service company... Door Dash. So when I delivered 100 breakfast tacos from Taco Cabana in 10 pizza box containers along with all the condiments, forks, and napkins and set it all up in their employee lounge all before 8:30 am, I expected to get a tip. I expected The Home Depot manager to show some appreciation in the form of a cash tip. I GOT NOTHING! I earned $3.00 as my base pay on that order (from Door Dash) and not one penny from The Home Depot. If all those employees had gone out to eat at a restaurant, they would have tipped their waiter/waitress/server SOMETHING! So in the future, I hope that when The Home Depot orders food for their employees, they remember to tip the deliverer/server. Remember, we may not be coming back and forth to a table asking if there is anything else you need with your meal, but we ARE using our own vehicles, paying for our own gas, car insurance, oil changes, tires, etc. and fighting crazy drivers in traffic to make sure that YOU get your order hot and fresh and delivered right to the break room. Our base pay as drivers is about the same as a waiter/waitress and we work hard for our tips just as much as they do. Please remember to appreciate the person who delivers and sets up the food the next time you want to treat your employees to a meal. I know you are capable of making that 5-Star, Excellent rating!

Check out area is very difficult to understand and if you don't like to Help People and interact with them in retail, don’t get a cashier job

I used to live in Humble so always went there, but I find that the employees are so friendly and helpful at Porter, that I have started going there all the time.

Porter store is 10 times better than humble

I don't ride the cart because it's better to walk. But the stores so big, it would be nice to have some chairs scattered around the store or benches to rest shortly. (I know not now, for the bug, but when its over.) My husband would probably vote on needing more carts. It seems there is hardly any when you need one, and he just can't hardly walk, I may need that service later, but I hope not. .

I shop there on the regular and everything has went smoothly. The employees seem to be doing what they can to keep safe from the virus.

The Porter Home Depot is outstanding. I've been remodeling two homes in two locations. I've used Lowes and Home Depot in Bryan/College Station and in Kingwood/Porter/Humble. The Porter Home Depot store is hands down the best. Their staff are friendly and helpful. They are patient. Their customer service department and their store managers actually care and take care of customers.

If you need any help in matching a difficult color of paint, Amber Barron at the Porter Home Depot will do an excellent job for you as she did for me recently. She remained very positive and cordial in the several tries it took to finally get a perfect match. It is very refreshing to have an employee like Amber, who is determined that you will be a very satisfied customer!

I came, got what I wanted with little time available I knew exactly where to go and get what I wanted. A simple down and dirty visit and out the door in under 30 minutes.

Parking lot is too crowded and the line to get inside is always longer than any other store

Always had very good customer service at this store. Sometimes I cannot find what I need that other Home Depot’s have but I still prefer this one because the customer service has stayed solid for the years I’ve been shopping there.

Store is well organized and everything was easy to find. Prices are always good compared to other similar stores. All of the employees we encountered were very helpful and nice.

I came to this home depot to buy a replacement shower only and a service to pull out the old one and put in a new one. I was told by the customer service manager, I HAD to buy a vanity with it. I told her I didn't need a vanity and she told me again, if they do the shower, I would have to buy the vanity, so she basically told me they didn't need my business. I would think if someone wants to support their company during a major epidemic, they would be interested in doing business with me, I guess I was wrong. I wont be forced to buy something I don't need.

This store has friendlier employees that go out of their way to make sure your visit is a good one. If it isn't in their area of expertise they get someone in that area to help you. Store was clean and associates were very helpful.

I'm in this store alot. As a contractor I'm always needing something. This experience was the worst ever. Thank you for taking covid seriously, and limiting the amount of customers in the store. My problem was the associate at the door, Quinton was his name. I was in the pro line for entry. He approached me, with "what do you need"? Um in the store. "You need a pro id" I dont have one. He replied oh I cant let you in without an ID. Well I dont have one can you look it up with my phone number its like at the register that way. He replied loud NO! YOU NEED AN ID. I replied well I need in the store, and if you you wont let me in in as a pro I'll get in the regular line. All this time hes 2 ft from me, which is no reason to yell. Also I had to keep asking him to back up. As a business to function as an essential retailer you HAVE to practice CDC guidelines. Well he let me in after I showed him my company name in the app. I made the comment as I walked away that I will shop somewhere else. He followed me close and shouted WHAT DID YOU SAY? In a confrontational manner. After I made entry one of the cashiers working returns showed me where to find my pro virtual ID on the app. Her and I went to show quinton. He was still getting close as I kept backing up. I even asked him to check his tone, at this point I'm rather mad, as I said it takes alot for that to happen. For someone in the customer service business, I cant tell. I couldn't believe he is a department manager too. I did my best to stay calm, I'm concerned that someone else may have a confrontation with this associate, someone not as patient as I am.
