This store is smaller than the nearby Hiram store -- but it makes up for it in friendly, helpful employees. I spend a LOT of time here (I'm renovating my house, not to mention all the yard work) and I'm often greeted by name. Shout out to Andy, Bobby, and Sue for extra-helpful service!

I LIVE LESS THAN THREE MILES FROM THE CLOSEST HOME DEPOT...I FREQUENT VISIT. EVERYONE THERE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL..RECENT PROJECT...I BUILT WALL BOOK SHELVES WITH ALL MATERIALS PURCHASED THERE.

This store is over all very clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite and ask if you need help. Their is a young lady cashier named Stephanie at this store who always greets people when she see’s them come in and if not helping customers check out she is always busy doing something productive for the company. I have never experienced her with out a warm smile and dedication to helping the customer in any way. This store is one of the best with attitude and attention to detail in store cleanliness and safey with a true dedicated staff.

The store is okay however the installation is horrible with no compensation for your troubles or the days you missed from work.

We buy our major appliances from Home Depot and always purchase the EPP which is well worth the money. I am in the store usually 1-2 times a week for minor purchases and have always been pleased with the selection and service.

Out sales person BRAD in the appliance section was extremely helpful and gave us pros/cons for several machines - asked great questions to help guide us to the decision to ultimately buy a dishwasher (especially since the high end model was on sale as well) -- great job BRAD

I had to rush to get a piece of scrap wood. I was incorrectly charged, so have extra time if youre going here to make sure everything is good. I shop at home depot almost daily. Overall, they usually do amazing. Great prices and a wide selection. I like home depot overall.

Powder Springs seems to ALWAYS be out of stock on the most popular items, the associates lack a heck of training. While the front end cashiers do not know how to how to checkout, the lot associates are sitting in the cart corrals just hanging out. All while I am loading my vehicle where assistance would have been nice. It's a waste of time to go to 6940.

The person who was working as the cashier on sat. evening was BEYOND RUDE!! His name is Mitchell I believe. I have NO CLUE how he is employed there. He was not customer service oriented at all. This store is down the street from my house and I would most likely no longer shop here after this! So SAD, I just hope he is not costing the business other customers out of his SHEER RUDENESS!!!

Had what we needed when other store was out of it. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Easy to find products because of the signage in the store.

This store is the one that is most convenient to me but I have most problems with finding someone to help me. When I do they are most knowledgeable about the product or information on what I need. I will continue to go to this store of quickly needed items. The garden center is very beautiful and I have spent quite a bit of money in flowers

I went to HD for plumbing parts, however I was also interested in a wyze wireless security camera; the store inventory said 19 on hand; got customer service involved and the isle manager involved but neither could find ANY of the 19 cameras!

The friendliness of staff - everyone is always very pleasant, saying hello and asking if we needed any assistance ----- we bought carpet and installation services -- Tamika in the flooring department was really a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledge of what to recommend to us.

I wouldn't recommend this store except for one actual employee their who's very knowledgeable and nice and didn't get frustrated with us asking him questions or treat us like we're stupid for even asking a question..... Floyd in the plumbing department today was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend him only not the store as a whole but him as an individual who knew what he was talking about and was more than willing to help us.thanks again Floyd you were very helpful for my fiance and I and didn't make us feel uncomfortable or stupid so thanks again I think you deserve a raise or something..... *Young couple didn't have a clue*

Anytime I shop here, there is always an employee ready to help. Often I need help in figuring out how to do a project or in deciding what I need for the project, and again, the employees are extremely helpful.

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable and friendly associates. Felt safe with COVID 19 regulations and social distancing procedures and floor markings in place. Also Home Depot cares about their employees with the addition of clear glass barriers for cashiers.

This store is always on point. The people know what they are talking about and will always stop on what they are doing to point you in the right direction.
