I will go on yelp and give my review of your terrible service

Staff was available and very helpful in the 4 different areas I was at. They were all pleasant & even went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. They had everything I needed. The store was very clean & staff was compliant with COVID rules.

Come shop at this Home Depot to find helpful and friendly workers.

The Customer service at this home depot is on point. I would recommend that this store be your first choice to visit.

Home Depot needs to clean up their web site and have more accurate information as to availability.

Worst home remodel experience from start to finish. I'd like to tear out the entire kitchen and floors and return all of it. Very disappointing

This store is organized well and has some of the friendliest and knowledgeable employees that I have come across in a hardware store in some time. While most other big hardware stores are out of product this Prescott HD has a pretty good stock of what I need to get the job done. I will gladly shop here again and again.

received broken toilet , associate didn't bother to check stock for exchange just told me to reorder online what a waste of my time , we are 30 miles from store

If U need assistance in the paint dept Do NOT attempt to work with Kelly she cannot handle more than one task at a time and will even acknowledge your presence

Store was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful and made what would have been a nightmare errand into a very pleasant experience. Genuine great staff. Got assistance right away. Cole found and cut all my wood for me to the exact measurements. I love this store thanks to the staff!

Long term loyal customers, Trump supporter which we respect as Home Depot took a firm stand. We were assisted by a young man named Johnathan who freely gave information with expertise in a caring manner. He is an example of excellent customer service for a local family orientated town.

What a TRAGIC EXPERIENCE!

I wouldn’t go into the Prescott store again until after the Pandemic. They don’t clean the scanners and key pads in self-checkout. No idea if they clean the carts, so I didn’t use one. There were no sanitizing wipes or bottles available.

This store was exceptionally helpful with my purchase. I had to call 2 home depots to find this product. Various stores just want to get you off the phone. The gentleman in lawn and garden went and made sure they had the product because I explained I had a long distance to drive. He put my name on the product and took it to the service desk and explained I only needed to go to there and pick it up. I was very pleased to arrive and find he had kept his word. The store was clean and organized due to the COVID-19 precautions. You could discern there extreme consciousness of everybody's safety. The 2 gentlemen that I dealt with concentrated on my purchase without distraction which relaxed me. They were courteous but with some humor. While we are going through a difficult time, my experience actually was delightful and informative.

Patty the cashier in the lumber yard checkout is awesome very friendly and pleasant, great customer service!
