Very helpful patty cashier went out of her way to help us

This store was inundated with very crabby customers who were stressed about COVID-19 changes, and yet EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE there was AMAZING with their customer service --- upbeat and positive despite being treated like they were less than human. I stood and watched in awe of all of them. Great job, Prescott Home Depot!! Your staff is full of wonderful people and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you for all you do! We will return!

very good store and the employee's are up on the latest products as well as how to work with them. I have gone to several Sat. Work Shops and found them very helpful. It's where I can almost always find the home and garden things I am looking for as well as good prices.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot, however I really love this location. Clean convenient and very friendly. I rarely need help in the hardware store but when I ask for more than normal I always find these folks especially friendly.

I had a plumbing emergency and my local Home Depot did not have a tool I needed in stock. I called ahead to the Prescott store and they set the tool aside for me and were willing to stay late in case I didn’t make the long drive before they closed. Thankfully I just made it and they didn’t have to stay late. I am very grateful that they went above and beyond for me.

The service desk are the nicest, most helpful people. Always friendly and helpful.

The sales staff in the appliance section was especially helpful and knowledgeable. They explained the difference in brands, and made sure I was happy with my choice.

PARKING LOT ACCESS FOR TRUCK PULLING UTILITY TRAILER CONVENIENT, SPACIOUS, AND WELL ATTNDED WITH PEOPLE TO HELP LOAD OUR FENCE POSTS. FAMILIAR WITH THIS STORE AS OPPOSED TO THE OTHER BIG BOX STORE DOWN THE ROAD. POWER TOOLS AND OTHER MERCHANDISE NEATLY DISPLAYED ALONG CENTER AISLE ON WAY TO CHECK OUT. LOTS OF EMPLOYEES AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS DURING THIS HOLDAY SEASON. SELF-CHECKOUT GUY WAS VERY HELPFUL AS MY PARTNER DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE SCANNING WAND. From the time I entered the store to checking out, Associates were very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and organized and I was able to find what I needed.

I've been shopping at the Prescott home depot for years...and for years I've been buying their chair rail molding...and for years, they are always out...Reese has promised that he would check it daily to make sure it was stocked, but it's always out...been out for three weeks now...Prescott valley is always out, too...I have to go there when Prescott is out...then when both are out, I have to drive to Cottonwood and buy them out...now all three are out, so now i'm driving to Cave Creek...why does home depot make their customers drive all over the state to get supplies?...

This is one of the best; for real. They’ve got Chris in electric, Dave in plumbing and Joe H. in appliances and thanks to all three of those guys, I’ve got more confidence in my projects. The whole store is friendly and when you staff your store with knowledgeable people, it sure helps me want to come back!

The service at this store was so poor that I wrote a complaint letter to Home Depot in Atlanta. The service at this store is totally disorganized and waiting on the phone for 20 minutes for an associate to pick up the phone is not very pleasing. Not having all the materials that I need at one time to do the job is neither pleasing nor efficient. And finally, not having the store employees communicate with the customer (the customer has to chase down the progress of an order) is very irritating. Very poor service.

The employees were courteous but that is all that is I can say that is good about Home Depot, any Home Depot. I consistently had to wait for items to come in and several times (this store and one other) both my workers and I were brought in to pick up items that were not yet in the store. Because I had multiple orders that needed to be in all at once, employees would call to pick up one order which did me no good since I needed all of the materials to complete the project. Even with explaining what I required, it did not register with the employees resulting with wasted trip(s).

Be very careful when purchasing paint. I had purchase paint for my bathroom and needed more for the bedroom. I brought in the label from the can and they gave me paint from another project I had done a year before. It was my exterior house color. It was exterior and I was using interior for my bedroom. Not even close to what I needed and the wrong color name. So be careful when they keep your project information. They made the error and we still had to purchase the incorrect paint. Apparently we where working with a supervisor in the paint department and she wasn't going to correct her error.

Joe H in Appliances is very knowledgeable. Appreciate his help with our refrigerator purchase. We always shop this store and always enjoy the experience -- Thank you!

Erica and Steve at the Pro Desk at the Prescott Store are GREAT!! Give them a raise - they know what customer service is all about.

I have been a loyal Home Depot Customer for 15 years in three states. The Prescott store does not move their damaged or crooked material allowing you to select straight goods and get in and out efficiently. Store associates are hard to find but the cashiers are generally helpful and friendly.

My experience today was fantastic. The three employees I interchanged with were bright, helpful, and able to assist with my questions and transactions.

I cannot boast enough about the people who work at this Home Depot. They are all welcoming and helpful and efficient. The Home Depot's I am used to elsewhere can't even compare to the employees in this store! Keep up the great hiring, and kudos to all of you!
