After being misdirected by a newbie and directed to the other side of the store, The Paint Guy was able to show me where a Chainsaw was and help me with the purchase. Thanks Paint Desk guy! I will swing through again because of your "take the bull by the horns" , solution solving attitude. It was great to meet you! I appreciate folks like this who are PRESENT, PREPARED, and PRECISE. The ECHO 59cc GAS POWERED CHAINSAW worked out great today! Thanks again! Then Cira with a Smile cashed me out. Pleasant Lady!

Arianna the cashier was rude and unfriendly - she acted like I was bothering her by bring my purchase to the cash register... however this store has some really good employees. Arianna is the exception.

Staff rude and one was high when checking me out and forgot to put two items in the bag I actually paid for.When I returned after speaking with eh manager that day, he did not even apologize.The entire staff grumbles if you ask for help or does not care what you want

RJ and Cam walked directly up to me said hello and asked if they could help me with anything and were of greet help very sweet men and they also helped me apply for my reward points and I can't thank them enough for the clearance tote my husband loved it we will be coming back tomorrow for more.

I am a regular Home Depot customer and have several home around the North East and shop at many Home Depot's. Juanita is the best at her JOB. I am doing a project on Gardening and I make several trips per day to Home Depot. Juanita always greets me with a WELCOME to Home and did you find everything to want. Such a welcome and always smiling.

I saw Cam with a group of guys and he immediately stopped to say hi if i needed help with something and he wasn't sure how to cut a blind but one of the guys in the group did and they all walked together to learn together but they were busting his chops because he doesn't get it but what hit the ball out of the park was seeing the guys working together great group of kids providence is turning around

Please, do not mover things around it makes me dizzy and I cannot find what I was looking for and end up getting frustrated. Please. I like this store I just do not like that they move everything around.

Marie Ann has helped me numerous times when I could t find anyone to help me. Jennifer has cut chain, keys for me and helped me find the right door hinge I needed.

This shopping experience was much better because of one person: Idalina (Lina). I had been there for a while looking for a simple, small garden shovel (hand transplanter). I asked 3 or 4 people where I might find one, but each place I was sent to did not have the product, including when I was sent to the Garden Center. I was frustrated, so I decided to call the store while I was in the store, hoping someone could help. Lina picked up the phone, saw me and called me over, took the time to look up the product, and even walked over with me to the aisle and found the product. Thank You!!

This is my goto store for most of my projects. Building materials could be better organized and labeled to match online inventory descriptions.

Not enough associates working at store or they just hide from customers....

Christopher James, kitchen designer at Home Depot in Providence, RI was instrumental in my purchasing kitchen cabinets. I priced cabinets at 2 other home improvement stores, prices were similar but Chris was the only one that called me to follow up and I really liked that.

I encountered 4 employees and a manager. Customer service girl and a young male putting items away are unsuitable to be working due to poor attitudes. The cashier was just ok, better after I asked to speak to a manager. Jovan who works in the paint dept was super nice and knowledgeable. One of the managers was also really nice.

Bought several bags of mulch and happy about it to get the job done at home.

I depend on stores like home depot. Thank you
