I am always greeted when I enter the store. Most of the associates are very friendly. The store is usually clean and easily shoppable and I can always get help when I need it. The only complaint I have is when I shop at night I have encountered cashiers at the checkout lanes are busy talking amongst themselves and I usually have to ask to be checked out.

Tremendous employees at The Home Depot in Quincy, Illinois! From Kevin in Lumber to Sparky in lighting, Jimmy at checkout and Jason in customer service who made keys for me-every person took the time to go the extra mile. I could have never done the projects I needed to do without their helpful ideas! Kevin showed me how to fix a problem quickly when I had limited time and had never done anything like this before. He gave me step-by-step instructions, showed me the proper tools and products and I was thrilled with the results! Terrific, super helpful attitudes, and each person I talked to at the store was engaged and focused on my specific needs. A real testament to hiring great people!!

I had an appliance delivery issue with an out-of-town retail store that provided discounted prices. I received "back ordered" notices 3-4 times and my time frame was narrowing so, I contacted the Store Manager to explain my dilemna and to see if Home Depot could help. Not only did they price match, the Store Manager and his Appliance Department employee arranged for the appliances to be delivered and installed in a different city where we will be moving. That is going above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this store!

My husband and I recently moved to the area and our home needed some new flooring and several other small projects. We were so happy with the service and prices available at Home Depot in Quincy. Thank you especially to Guy, who was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable in the flooring department.

Home Depot has become my second home while we are in the construction stage of building a house. Many of the employees have become like friends, and welcome me by name when I walk in the door. I am so grateful for their help and all the time they spend walking me through all the decisions to be made. Shout out to Margie and Chuck, especially!

I am a widow having to undertake home maintenance/improvements myself and our local Home Depot has always been a place I could go to for reliable help and advice. this is very important to someone who does not know what to do. the store is always clean and everyone was friendly.

Patricia helped me in the appliance department - she was knowledgeable and honest about the different brand names - excellent customer service skills - really listened to me and understood what was important to me in selecting my dryer

I recently over here from Massachusetts where the HD stores are not as clean, organized and the employees are definitely not as helpful or friendly. I would always make my husband go in and I would sit in the car. Now I love to go to Home Depot. I can find what I’m looking for and if I can’t, someone is always there to help me.

We have been customers at the Quincy Home Depot store for over 20 years. Competitive companies have come to town but have never provided the standard of service or assistance with projects that we have received at Home Depot. We ceased going to these stores years ago and find everything we need for home and garden right here. Great team of folks at the Quincy Home Depot.

This store has excellent, friendly employees. I find what I need here, and if I can't, there is always someone around to help. Aisles were clean and stocked. Great place to get gardening supplies...or anything else.

Last night I tried to order the product that I needed to continue my bathroom project on line however the message I got was that the product was out of stock. So this evening I went to the Quincy store and they were able to order the product for me. They were friendly and helpful.
