helpful and friendly

The employees at the Quincy Home Depot Store have always made it easy for me to get what my husband needs for farm building projects, home repair, etc. They seem to make it a mission to be available to help, and know where their products are in the store, to get a person in and out of the store quickly, which is very much appreciated!

I shop this store on a very frequent basis and always find the employees very helpful in helping me locate products or providing information about how to install or use the products I purchase. The store is always clean and I can always count on be able to use clean restrooms. I find the prices either compare or beat any of the other competitors in this area.

Marty met us with a smile & a wave at the end aisle when called upon to help us with our new house keys!

I have to say, I was very disappointed in this store!! I ask 2 people to help me find screens that you put in windows!! One told me to look for someone else and the other one pointed to where they should be. Seriously!!!! That's UNACCEPTABLE!!! So I found this nice young lady working and I ask her to help me!! She took me right to them!! Even explained the difference in the 2 screens!! Kudos to her!!!

I prefer to go to Home Depot for everything I can. We have a Lowes and a Menards locally but I would much rather spend my time and money in home depot. We are there almost weekly if not more often.

I had a great experience with Ann, the kitchen designer that I worked with on the cabinet plans for our kitchen renovation. Very patient, spent lots of time to ensure the design was what I wanted. She had great suggestions and worked with me on pricing as well. I highly recommend working with her!

I just ordered new laundry room appliances. The transaction went smoothly. The employee that helped, Jason, also saved me an additional 10% ($229.46) with a promotion that I was not aware of. I can't wait for delivery to use my appliances!

The store was very helpful, after I drove 30 miles for a part that I was told was their, was NOT.

This store has always had what I needed and the help has always been friendly. I do wish it would offer a discount for veterans like your competitor

Employee that go beyond your expectations to find an answer for a question on a product or find someone with knowledge on how to help with your project.

It took no time at all. Marty the sales lady asked if she could be of help and help she did.

Plumbing problem required fixing a part in the tank. Associate recommended the best option for us to utilize, and explained how quick and easy this is. We bought the replacement part, followed the associate's instructions, went home and provided the replacement. IT WORKS WONDERFUL, and was easy to replace, following carefully the instructions of the associate! Love the helpful staff that Quincy Home Depot provides. That's why I shop there, over and over!

Marty, a 10 year employee of the store was exceptional. Most all the employees are knowledgable and friendly and rarely do I have to wait, but today Marty raised the bar even higher ! She what I wanted from a woman's description, knew where to look and how to see if the items would workout! Thank you Hoe Depot for Marty!

While looking for Preen, the item we needed was out on the shelf but was in stock up high, still boxed. A young man, named Gary, was stocking the department and climbed the stair ladder and moved several boxes to retrieve what we needed. He did it pleasantly and without any qualms about being taken away from what he was doing. A very pleasant experience to have someone so helpful.

I was happy w/ the help I recieved and the store was in great shape got home 35 mile away and was missing some tile that was not in the box I called and they will take care of it

I needed help to pick out a small gas grill. I had several I wanted to see. More than one employee went out of their way to help me, from looking up information to moving a rolling ladder to help me look inside one that was higher up on a shelf. Another showed me grills outside and eventually helped me to try to put it in my small car. That didn't work so they assisted me in making arrangements to pick it up later. Everyone was super nice and friendly. One even gave me grilling tips! Thanks Home Depot!
