That has got to be the worst home Depot in Vegas I decided to give it one more chance,never again

Wanted to by a new door the ladie told me she was going on break ,I felt insulted,I'm trying to spend money and get told ,hang on while I go have a cigarette

Very helpful with my purchase, explained everything that will take place for my home delivery and made sure my order was complete and on time. Professional service.

I had a problem with returning an order and the customer service rep Ozjanay helped very much! She went out of her way to make sure we were happy since we wanted store credit instead of getting the money returned. She was very sweet and efficient and never seemed annoyed.

We have all faced challenges in the time of Covid. I like shopping at this store because everyone is always friendly and willing to help.

The Managers, Shandra and Randy are awesome! They keep products in stock and are proactively involved with the customers shopping experiences.

We usually ask where to look for an item we need and at this store the employees actually TAKE US TO THE ITEM, not just 'guess and point' as in most other stores!!!

Buyer beware. They'll take your money but not your return. They'll have you call an 800 number to waste more of your time. Even if you call while they are open, you'll be on hold until they close. They won't take your call-- they'll simply hangup on you so that you can go through the process again. Note that there are plenty of other places to buy what Home Depot sells. I recommend that you start there first because you'll have a much better experience!! Since HD reserves the right to post these reviews... I'll assume that I have to post a negative review at other places that don't censor real feedback.

Associates at this store are always friendly and helpful. I have never had an unpleasant shopping trip here.

I am never dissatisfied with the products and the kind, friendly and thorough assistance at Home Depot. I always go to Home Depot for products when I need to fix, repair, buy a new appliance, or decorate my home. It is obvious to me that cleanliness is a priority. Your employees are more knowledgeable and helpful than other home repair business's.

I purchased carpet, wanting to take advantage of the free carpet removal & install. Carpet installer came. He was offended I had my wifi plugged in & cord on the ground. I do not have a cell phone so I have to keep wifi plugged in if I am expecting a call. (VOIP phone) He sees I have pets. He goes to his car, drives off, & has his supervisor call me to cancel the job. I had to call Home Depot back to get a refund. He said if I have pets I have to remove the carpet and deep clean the floor before buying carpet. No one could have told me this BEFORE today? Someone came by to do measurements a few weeks ago. Someone could have told me this THEN. When processing the refund, I felt the person I spoke to was cold. No discussion. No options. It took me 10 days non-stop moving my house of 20 years - just to be treated like a piece of cattle.

I love this store and the people that work there very polite willing to help and go above and beyond to help you especially miss cruz in the customer service dept always happy smiling very knowledgeable it makes me going there worth it.

Cruz and Cassandra went out of their way to recommend that I join the Pro program and showed me all the ways I can use it in the app to track my purchases and earn points . I had never been told by anyone about this program and I have 2 home depot credit cards. The ladies were so helpful and nice and made me feel special as a customer which doesn’t happen often in big box stores I frequent.

Nick from Electrical area is Great! He gave us advice on what we were working on @our Home. He also guided us to the Best brand electrical products. Very patient & answered all of doubts. I give him 5 stars ! Also the Paint employees Jayme & Mr.Kevin they are so Awesome!!!! Very helpful with everything we asked for and the colors we were looking for our new home. We also give them 5 stars! We Love this Location! God bless all of these Hard working employees!!..... Yay!

The employee are wonderful! They are always around to help and answer any questions you may have. I recommend this Home Depot over the others in Las Vegas.

The staff in this store is so very helpful. If you have challenges with either online or in store purchase - all of the staff is extremely polite and helpful. I could not ask for better help or assistance. They are perfect.

I was in hardware just trying to match hanger bolts to repair an old bed frame. A male employee was in the isle but was unable or unwilling to assist when I asked for help. Two other customers were requesting help and it was announced overhead. While looking through the hanger bolts, the non-assisting male employee was called away to get his review. He came back moments later as did a female employee and they openly were discussing the raise they received. Customers were still waiting for assistance but were being ignored. I lost my job because of the pandemic. I've never written a complaint before in my life but was HIGHLY irritated by their open conversation. They should have gone somewhere else. They're lucky to still have jobs let alone be getting a pay increase! All while not assisting the customers around them. I'm not sure I selected the correct product and the store was short on supply so I could not get enough. I should have just left and gone somewhere else. I'll go out of my way to not return to this store again even though it's closest to me, I'll definitely seek out other avenues for my hardware needs. I'm done with big box stores and poor service.

Choice Home Warrantee dragged me around 8 days w/o Water Heater fix to deny responce, call backs left messages, only appt for review not until November. So Sad, too bad that Finally in dispute still would have been 2 weeks on an emergency! Home Depo rescued me. 24 hours had it replaced plus delivered an installed. They are Miracle Workers. The phone call was directed, emails sent an was very professional taking my fear an stress away with confidence they said "We will take care of you"!

I am a manager for my company and customer service is always the number one priority, which I always look out for. Cameron is a good employee that provided excellent customer service. People make the difference when you can buy the same products anywhere else.
