This store always has the products that I came for and when I go there i fine myself shopping for other stuff.

After over 40 years making home improvements, the Home Depot store on Rainbow in Las Vegas is our number one choice for materials. The prices are generally the most competitive and the customer service is excellent. The location is near our home, making shopping convenient and the delivery service offered when necessary is reasonable and timely.

Almost everytime that I visit home depot, I can find what I need. The employees are always so helpful and sometimes will go as far as walking you to the location of the product that you are looking for. Sometimes I get lost trying to find items in the store so having someone walk me to the product that I'm looking for really helps. I think that excellent customer service is the best selling feature for any business.

If you have ever had a problem or major issue at ANY builder's supply store you know that getting the attention of or even more the help from a 'manager-of-the-day' is likely the very highest person you have interacted with - and that usually took a loooooong time for them to drag themselves away from their more important duties to even talk with a lowly customer 'with a problem.' Today a problem was - in my mind - important enough to have the temerity to ask for ONLY the store director - not an ASM - and shock of shocks she, yes she, was at the front of the store in less than 5 minutes!!! Not only was she prompt, she LISTENED to the entire problem without interjecting herself into our 'story' and then she didn't just say "Sorry about that" she said that and instantly offered three more than fair resolutions to the problem and within another 5 minutes we were saying a sincere Thank You and saying (truthfully) that we would gladly return to her store! A simply amazing experience today!

Leanne in the appliance department was friendly and very helpful with my purchasing of -6- appliance. I would suggest however that you hire more employees- as I sat and was going through my check out process I witnessed too many people not being helped.

Clean and employees very friendly.

Had a little trouble with item we ordered being broken, but they made it very easy to reorder & had zero hassle as to who was to blame. They reordered it and emailed when ready!

I would recommend to improve the parking situation and to rent out heavy equipment like bobcats and excavators.

Your employee Fred was wonderful. He made my day by going above and beyond and helping me find the correct product. Kudos Fred, you are ANOTHER great reason to shop at Home Depot.

Floorperson Koff, cashier Courtney, and the Manager on Duty (sorry, didn't get her name as she was busy running around taking care of business, including helping Koff help me) went above and beyond. All jovial, accommodating, and very HUMAN, something big box stores are generally lacking. Outstanding Job!

Great store! Almost every employee knows where EVERYTHING is and they make sure you can find it, too. Even if it means "walking me there". Nice service!

Your store is well stocked. Clean. Your customer service meaning the employees walking and working in the isles need to notice the customers more. Say hello, just don’t wait till a customer walked up to them. You need to have s greeter at the door so that customers can ask where things are instead of roaming around.
