I purchased a new set of Schlage door knob assemblies and deadbolts last week. The selection and quantity available was excellent, and Don in Hardware was very helpful with explanations about the features and differences between the brands available before I made my decision. Since I was buying several different Schlage products, I needed tumblers to be set so that the same key could work in all. Another associate, Sandy, helped tremendously by setting the tumblers for me. Thanks!

We bought a washer and dryer to replace a washer we've had for 26 years and a dryer for 37 years! It was so easy!

Nice organized and clean store including the garden center (which I’ve noticed in some other locations is a bit of a mess). Only complaint is that Halloween decor options were a bit lacking compared to a competitor, but I suppose that comes with being more oriented toward contractors than residential consumers. Employees were nice and professional including Tim who was very approachable and easily answered my gardening questions. Overall very pleasant experience shopping at this location any time of day.

I went to buy retaining wall blocks two times today. They looked great once I got them set up. This review, however, is NOT about retaining wall blocks but about the outstanding customer service I received. Amy and John made my day!!

The plants and flowers are taken care of. They have a variety of perienerals and annuals.

The Raleigh store never fails!

I came to this store to receive a refund from a mail order the customer service agent put the information in wrong and needed help she called for a manager to help her after trying 10 minutes herself after I requested that she called a manager to help her I had went grocery shopping before I came to the store went in there to do a quick return when she called the managers it took them 40 minutes to come to see what she wanted they tried to help her over the phone instead of coming to see what it was that she needed when they finally came managers Jeff and latonya it took about 2 minutes to return my money had they came 40 minutes prior to her calling them it would have been taken care of latonya tells me that she was with another customer but that is not true her and Jeff managers both were on the phone with the sales associate trying to help her instead of coming to the register to help her so I know she was not with another customer as she claimed because she was on the phone with the sales associate they could have taken out the time to walk to the front of the store to help the young lady so I could have been out of the store within 5 minutes instead of 40 minutes of wasting my time and my frozen food is no longer Frozen with no compensation at all I am very upset I will never return to this home Depot and you rest assured I will be putting a bad review out for you all

This store hires very friendly employees. It is a pleasure to shop there and interact with the employees.

I came in today and needed a lot of help and it seemed like it was very busy in the store. I stopped a tall girl name was Kaya she looked busy at first but she still stopped to see what it was I needed help with walked to the aisle with me and led me to my item which she didn’t really have to do. I appreciate her help she was a sweetheart!

Salespeople seem to be more engaged and knowledgable than in the past.

I was able to find what I was looking for. But I was not impressed with customer service. I had a question about a discount and the person the cashier called try to blow me off. I had to request the store manager to rectify my problem. Other than that, my visit was fine.

I drive a mile farther to go to this smaller home improvement store because it is comfortable, and I can find helpful associates that do not make me feel like a bother. The associates at this store are always friendly, and make me feel like someone from the neighborhood. They also have self checkout (duh), and self-serve propane exchange! Oh, did I mention they also WATER the plants they are trying to sell?! Very good garden center plants and selection.

The Staff at this store has excellent customer service and are cordial to strangers.

The experience was between last week and today. Last week I was so irritated that I left everything I had in the shopping cart at the paint department. It was 3 people there ignoring me, when someone else showed up they took care of them and I had to wait for 5 minutes. Terrible experience… (maybe because I’m Hispanic?) I swore I wasn’t shopping there again, but I was some thing the other stores didn’t have and I had to go back there to shop back again. Mostly of the aisles were close or occupied with those large orange step ladders.

Staff are very friendly and helpful,, especially Susan over at Appliance! Store was clean too!

The store location is clean and has better lighting, which makes seeing the merchandise much easier when shopping. We were assisted quickly upon entering the store, which shortened our time away from our project.

This Home Depot location has a very attentive Employee named "Jenna", who works in the Windows/Screens Section of the store. She's very knowledgeable, concerned and helpful to her Customers. I highly recommend that you ask for "Jeanna" if you want qualified assistance during your shopping experience at this Home Depot location!

Stopped at this store as it is convenient. I had been to the Wake Forest store and looked at appliances but this one is closer to me. There was noone readily available to assist in appliances. The girl that finally acknowledged my presence had little or no knowledge about selling appliances nor how to schedule delivery. They have significantly LESS appliances on display than the WF store. Was not thanked for spending several thousand dollars. Not impressed. Will drive past this store next time and go to Wake Forest or Knightdale.
