Great customer service friendly staff. Store was neat and most importantly for finding everything that I was looking for under one roof. Overall my favorite place to shop.

Fast In And out , great paint department staff and outstanding cashiers that don’t take for ever check out . Prices fair too

Admittedly some this was my fault HOWEVER the self check out kiosk employee did not make a whole-heartedly honest attempt to help me. I left behind some merchandise at the kiosk. I discovered my error on arriving home. My return to the store & my attempt to find them was futile HOWEVER the employee at the self check out area did not make a convincing attempt to help & in so many words without actually using the word, insinuated that I was lying. I am very disappointed & this trip to this specific home depot will likely be my last.

The guy at the paint was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and specific paint I needed. I want to thank him because I didn’t know what to start with to paint my headboard.

This store continues to maintain pandemic protocols and hopefully it will continue to do so, until Covid-19 if fully controlled in our community!

Everyone is very helpful. They take time with you and answer all your questions. They help you find what you need and ask if there is anything else they can help with. Never left there without someone greeting me or smiling. Great People - Great Place.

Jeff in the electrical and lighting area is expertly helpful and friendly. He knows the stock super well and has given me great advice.

There is a particular employee I would like to share the spot light. His name is Ruben.. and he was working in the painting department the time of our visit. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He made our paint selection fast and easy. If you ask me; excellent customer service!

Had a great shopping experience with Dave in appliances! I’m replacing all of my old kitchen appliances. He helped me determine the best options within my cooking uses and budget. HD had a great sale and Dave helped with which options had the best sale prices to bring me under budget, which I appreciated. A WOW experience! Thanks, Dave!

My wife and I are renovating our condo and shop regularly at the Rancho Mirage Home Depot - a store we like a lot - but we are always a bit clueless as we are rookies when it comes to our home improvement ideas and projects! About a month ago we started the first of 5 or 6 visits to get materials for our kitchen renovation projects including new appliances, sink, paint, tiles, blinds, etc. On the second visit we got helped by a bright young associate named Duvan (who we met in the tile section). He turned out to be exceptionally knowledgeable on a wide range of things and not just tiles - he also ended up helping us with back splashes, window blinds (which he sawed to our dimensions on the spot). He also gave us valuable information on the HD credit card and no-interest specials. When we go back to Home Depot now for our other projects, we first seek out Duvan for a smile and advice! Thank you Duvan!

It was my first time ever coming to the Rancho Mirage Home Depot and let me tell you Michael from customer service was a blessing. He really made us feel like part of a family and welcomed us with open arms. Definitely coming back!

I HAVE DEALT WITH A LOT OF COMPANIES IN THE FIELD OF RENOVATION MATERIALS FOR HOMES. THIS STORE HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP AS THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE CARING, SMART, KNOW THE STORE MERCHANDISE AND ARE EFFICIENT.

If I could give a negative number I would, Susanna at pro services very unprofessional and rude will only be back no other choice of stores.

Best store in the desert!

Alex was fantastic, immediately offered & helped with several things & continued to make sure everything was found, handled & offered additional options as backup. Super friendly & polite! 5 stars for professionalism & with a smile! Ed the cashier was exceptional too, polite friendly professional and fast! 5 stars for Ed as well! Thank you guys :)

We have visited other Home Depot Stores and without a doubt, the one in Rancho Mirage is the one who has more items stocked, more variarity. We love the customer service from the associates.

Two employees, Ruben and Malakai really stand out. They provided the best customer service I have had at a store in a long, long time.

My shopping was going good Robert from plumbing help me. Robert was fantastic great customer service and helping me get my pumBecause the Cashier Bibiana had an attitude very bad customer service doesn’t make me want to go back she was just rude and very disrespectful I based my clients based on customer service and I was the most horrible horrific customer service I’ve ever had in my life that cashier needs To get her attitude checked the customer before me also was giving a rude customer service

Good store. Clean. Hardware (fasteners) dept could benefit from more timely & accurate inventory control.
