I'm a remodeling contractor. I usually buy most of my materials at this store. I had a very humiliating experience with this associate. I hope that management will act on this matter. Most of the other associates at this store are friendly and they know me since I shop here everyday. Because of this experience, I may not go there since I don't want to see this associate!

I asked the employee at the paint section.. “sorry but do you happen to know where the yardsticks are at?”, and he quickly responded with, “right in front of you” with a condescending tone. aim at this location often (Im a carpenter) and Linda at self checkout was nothing but kind and helpful. Definitely a good contrast for the paint desk experience.

I went in to get light bulb self check out is all they have will not go back

I had to get supplies that the plumber needed.I got help in the isles with Home Depot employees. They were very nice.

Ask for Frank at Randhurst Home Depot if you want the best, most intelligent and helpful advice. The guy is outstanding.

Cashier KAMALABEN was very nice and was helping me with this issue with the credit card from THE HOME DEPOT. Much appreciated.

I went to shop for a particular size filter and wouldn't you know it was right in the front of the store .I walked in ,took it and walked right back out.It was just if it was placed there just for me. Now that's service!!!

I love this location. The personal staff are well educated, friendly and smily. They are ready to help any time! The selection of goods are very various, I always find what I need.

I paid 20 dollars for someone to measure for a new sliding door 3 weeks ago. No one ever called to come out. We called and they said they were backed up. I need this done this summer. If they can’t do it, they need to let customers know!

Bought two vents for the floor, they fit like a glove. It is a bonus that Home Depot had them in stock. Quick and easy shopping experience.

this store and staff have always been good, but recently have been having excellent service at randhurst location!!.... i have a store next to work, but will drive out of my way to go here!!

Checkout staff are exceptional with their demeanor and assistance

I also bought downy fabric softener, toilet bowl cleaner, cleanser, night light, a tomato plant, jalapeno pepper plant and a green pepper plant and they all work wonderful and the plants are growing good.
