It was nice to be greeted when I walked in and given directions of where to go to find what I needed. I also appreciated the fact that there was staff available to answer questions and direct you correctly. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly. Thanks!

During Christmas shopping, I made a visit to this location as it is close to other shopping areas as well. While a specific product I was looking for was not in stock, Doug, the cashier, offered to assist me in searching other locations that would have the product that I required. Plenty of staff to ask questions to find what I needed that I don't regularly purchase and even though it was the week before Christmas, all staff was friendly and polite. Great visit and I left the store with a smile, thanks to the cashier, Doug, in the garden department.

great store - I especially like it when the girls smile and say hello!! store looks great! The parking lot is a little complicated and tight too much sidewalk type sections. if the parking lines were diagonal would be easier to get in and out.

This store was very helpful to me on this visit to Reno , since I live out of town with no Home Depot I sometimes get disappointed with the services received.. I like your products but sometimes I can't get parts for things I have purchased here .

Our family shops a great deal at the Reno store on South Virginia St. We never have difficulty finding the product we are looking for and, if we do, there is always somebody available to assist us. The shelves are properly stocked, the store is clean and the associates are knowledgeable.

This store is a good Home Depot. John in the lumber department is very helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient too! He will cut the wood to the size you need and even help you load your car.

The employees are friendly and helpful. If they do not know the answer they will find the person that does know the answer.

Nearly always have what I need. On one occasion in the past they didn't and immediately called another store to see if the item was available., It was and they had it put on hold for me. They have helped me with self checkout and checkout when I didn't have my card with me - always with a smile and a nice attitude. We moved about 3 miles further away from that store (and there is one closer to us) but we consistently return to the store on South Virginia and Neil Rd. Guess that means we really like it!

The associates are friendly and helpful. Especially Greg P, VP, and Armando!! They are absolutely fantastic!! Super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, patient, kind, and much much more good stuff :) They go above and beyond. They are stellar!! My family and I pass other stores to go to this one because of these superior Home Depot professionals.

Anybody that goes into the South Virginia Home Depot in Reno Nevada will have a good experience friendly employees great staff all the stuff you need for your home improvement stuff I like going there because I get in and out no matter how busy it is because everything is run with excellence by professional people I would recommend the store to anybody who decides to do Home Improvement projects to see them and let them help you thank you
