Please increase the choices and products in the stores

My family and I always shop here and love this Home Depot. The store is always clean and we always get great service. Happy to have this store so close!

Riverbank' Home Depot. J and Patt are rude employees there. Refuse to use please and thank you.Pat actually said to me she doesn't have to say please. Both also ignored my multiple requests to speak to a manage. Just a heads up dealing with J a male and Pat a female not very friendly or courteous in manner.

I bought a product less than 45 days ago. It went bad and the price went up. They advised me they do not do exchanges. I had to pay the difference to get the exact same product.

Dave B Supervisor of Plumbing was very helpful and took me to the product I was looking for. Thank you Dave B for not just telling me where it might be.

today I bought 3 kitchen and laundry appliances

Some unfriendly, not wanting to work, ungrateful employees!

We did not have to search for help, there was always someone available to answer my questions.

we shop at the riverbank store at least once a week. we have bought windows, garage door, entry way doors, bedroom doors, appliances, paint, tile, ect. working on two homes over the past 5 years. Tons of material for millwork, fencing, pool supplies and on and on

Ian and Mo in the paint department were so wonderful on MULTIPLE trips to the paint department and showed great knowledge and patience to us as we explained the needs of our project. Also, KEVIN in tool repair is a shining star who needs to be in your marketing, he was funny, courteous and helped us through what we would need during our tool rental experience that helped us get the job done right.

Terri is excellent at solving customer problems and working towards solutions. She went out of her way to help me with an incorrect online order and totally made my day...especially since she stepped away from her lunch break to help.

My opinion Home Depot has gone downhill every time I go there they have everything in the isles blocking ways for customers to go through with a cart some carts you can’t even get through with make the store bigger put things away to put on the aisle very annoying very sloppy and stores very dirty

Always find what I need. Staff is very helpful. Store is clean.

This store is a candy store for tool-heads, and during the winter holiday season, I find gifts in what I call the bargain section where there are tons and tons of great deals, like work gloves, sets of drill bits, utility knives, screwdrivers, and flashlights. Tool-head. Ha.

found a Christmas tree stand that was missing from my Christmas tree carton. The store that helped was the Modesto store and Mimi!!

Ms. Terri Wallace, Special Services and Tony in counters made my visit very pleasant. I've literally never had a better visit to Home Depot in 25 years. Thank you SO MUCH TERRI AND TONI!!!

DEFINATELY ONE OF THE BETTER HOME DEPOTS AROUND. GREAT PEOPLE AND ALWAYS CLEAN. WE WERE ACTUALLY ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP AT THIS STORE. DIDNT HAVE TO GO AND HUNT SOMEONE DOWN. THEN PERSON KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WHERE TO FIND IT.

THE STORE CO VER CLEAN, THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY, PROFFESIONAL, HELPFUL.
