great store, clean, prices, location,

Clean products are top notch good customer service considerate especially to military when available knowledgeable and forth coming if items not HD product available they offer alternatives as to where I can readily get a time sensitive item.

The Store is always clean and organized. Products always available for purchase. The Associated are very pleasant and professional with excellent Customer Service. I enjoyed shopping at this store and I like this location.

Do Not go to this store if you are looking to by a U.S Flag. They do not carry them. They only have cheap bunting on their display racks and the employee have no knowledge of how or where to get a U.S. flag without having to purchase a pole also.

Took 30 minutes to apply for a credit card and check out one item due to associate ineptitude and computer issues. Item was not in stock, as usual with appliances. Delivery was re-scheduled 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. Changed to a Monday after.

Customer service is awful. Employees didnt ask if I needed assistance, instead stood around gossiping with each other.

This store I recommend to all of my friends. The customer service is over the top. I took a walk through Millworks and met a lady named Betty. What a delight it was talking to her. There is not one associate that I have met yet that said " I do not know". They are all very knowledgeable and up to date with everything. If I need help there is help around every corner. I was thinking if you just sold groceries I would make this store my one stop place to shop. Have you ever considered that? Just an idea. Thank you Home Depot!

I found the prouducts I was as looking for easy thanks to the sign. I was getting assistance when I needed it and the store was clean. The assoiates were very helpful and friendly.

I needed help on a return of a large special order item and Terri came through. She had all the answers and even called the online service dept to give me my best options.

I love this store! The employees are always so friendly and helpful! Never have to look very far to find help when I need it. The store is alway clean and well organized with a great selection.

I visit this store quite often and I would like to say that everyone one here is very helpful. It does not matter how small my question is they always answer and help me with a smile. The cashiers are very helpful also. I have never been to a store when you are greeted every time with good morning or afternoon. That is what I call the best service. I also talked with their manager Davin and what a great manager he is. The associates seem to really like him which makes the store even better. I would just like to say thank you Home Depot for hiring the best of the best. You NAILED IT !!!!

Love coming to this store even know I'm closest to the Modesto store. The Customer service is impeccable and the pro desk reps are TOP KNOCH!

Store is clean and products are standard but there was a huge issues with employees not being well-trained. I also was told by an employee they could not provide me with a copy of my receipt and they said they had already given me one (they had not and found my “missing” receipt after I asked repeatedly).

The store is always neat and clean and shelf items are easy to find. Associates are usually friendly and helpful

I WANT TO THANK WHOEVER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEW ELECTRIC HANDICAPPED CARTS. I HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR YEARS FOR SOME NEW CARTS AT THIS STORE! THEY WEREN'T NEAR THE FRONT DOOR WHERE THEY BELONG, BUT AT LEAST THEY WERE NEW AND CHARGED UP!!

Paint department/ staff was well educated of what kind of materials they have and what’s the best steps to get something done..

The associates at this store are extremely nice and helpful. When it's busy it can take a bit to be helped since they do their best to assist multiple customers at once, but if you are patient they will always be happy to help you out.

Whoever came up with the new checkout setup should be fired. Beyond inefficient. One clerk for 8 checkout "stations". Was actually faster to go to customer service and wait in line. Go to another store until this one is fixed.

Lack of experienced Mgr. If the mgr get any younger they will be wearing diapers.

Always has what I am looking for. And if I can't find it, I have always been able to get assistance in finding what I am looking for. Great store.

This the best Home Depot store in the area - it’s worth the extra 1.5mi drive!
