Everyone was very friendly and helpful

The Garden Center staff were very helpful. Teresca made sure I received the answers to my questions. One employee helped me compare prices of potting soil and loaded bags to my cart. Another lady helped me choose perenials for pots. She said she loved doing this.

Whoever trains the Staff, does an excellent job! Helpful with finding products, patient, and especially helpful explaining how to do what the customer is trying to do.

My cashier, who's name is Teresca, was very kind and wished me a nice day as I left

RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Abby helped me at checkout with my BBQ grill purchase. She made sure my questions were answered and made sure my checkout experience was swift and easy. She is professional, courteous and accommodating.

We really do love this Home Depot. The employees are always friendly, happy to show you to the item you are looking for and so far, we have noticed that it has been pretty well stocked. We will always come back

I was in a rush this morning, trying to get materials for a job I’m doing. Tori had me rang up and out the door very quickly. She was very polite, professional, and very courteous. She has a great smile and attitude. You can tell she enjoys her job!

AD in the Garden section was so helpful and kind. She helped my elderly grandmother find a cart. She ended up searching the parking lot to find us one. Above and beyond service! Thank you, AD!

I came into the store looking for help to change new keys on my home lock. Kathy P. assisted me the entire time. She was very patient and kind. She helped me pick out the right tools and even walked through each step to change the keys on my smart lock. I will return to Rockwall store because of employees like her. Thank you Kathy!!!

Manager went out of her way to help with the problem of no handicap carts being charged.

Always fun to shop here. I find what I need and sometimes more. Long line, as first day of nice weather, so everyone was out shopping. But the lines moved and everyone nice.

Love the helpfulness of the staff and great inventory.

No one was in flooring to help, a Man, Steven, did not know flooring but went out if his way to find out the info. I needed and helped me and got flooring off of upper shelves I needed. He had back injury so went to get a loader and Barbara and Casper saw me waiting and they volunteered to load my cart and with smiles on their faces. Do nice to have someone care.

She really took the time to make sure my visit was a positive experience.

I visited this store with an installer who had a very urgent need. We could not find exactly what we needed and we were trying to figure out how to make due. William who was working in the paint dept went WAY over and above to help us. It is something neither of us will ever forget!

Nine phone calls. Never did get question answered. They kept disconnecting and hanging up. Horrible service

Great customer service. Kaylee greeted us and resolved our issue quickly and thoroughly. The team there is great. I don’t write reviews but Kaylee provided exceptional customer service and should be recognized.

Attempted return of 1 x $11 item on debit card linked to my bank account. Because it wasn't the debit card OF the transaction I was informed I would have to bring the correct debit card or take store credit. When pressing them for a simple cash return, I was told store credit or bring the debit card back - in an agitated state now by 2 associates. I had 2x online orders to return as well. The associate was so agitated that she walked to another register to process the returns, did not speak to me again and pushed the refund receipt to me. I left confused on why I couldn't get $11 cash back, and why I was treated like I was an inconvenience to the store clerk.
