Nice folks at Home Depot. If I can find someone to help me!? Too many times there is no one or too few store associates available to help. This is sad considering we're in a building boom and Home Depot is surely profitable. Sad, sad.

Maison needs retraining in customer service basics 101! Telling a customer her manager couldn't help us because it wasn't her job! Lol. Employee Carson looked up price in under a minute! Saved a sale. He knows how to make a loyal customer happy. Excellent skills in customer service. Maisen should find another job. Preferably not one that involves to much common sense or contact with people!

Rockwall Home Depot Store has a friendly staff that is always helpful! The store is clean and merchandise is easily found. Employees will take you to the product that you are inquiring about rather than pointing you in the direction of the product. The garden center takes exceptionally good care of the plants and will gladly load products into your vehicle for you. I love Home Depot!!

Home Depot is an institution in any community. As such, it should be a leader in the well-being of its employees and its customers. Requiring employees to wear masks while at work should be a basic in this time of severe epidemic. Of course, no one likes to wear a mask; not you, not me, not your employees. But it is what we do to protect each other. You should do better.

The truck rental is a scam. They do not indicate a supposed 4 hour minimum until the transaction is being processed and you've already given them a bunch of information. Deceptive marketing practices.

Love the curbside pickup. They were very quick with my order. I placed a pickup order online, literally everything was completed less than a hour. Pretty AWESOME!!
