Your store is always a pleasure to shop at. It would be nice to be able to fill out a survey when I can't find what I want. If I walk out of the store unsuccessful in my search, I don't get a receipt with a user ID and a password on it to let you know my issues, you'll never know. Those are the trips you need to know about.

The shingles are on one side of the store, the tool to remove the old shingles is on the other end of the store and the tool to cut shingles is in the middle of the store. Please put the tools for shingles by the shingle.

i always find what i want .and store there is pretty clean to me. and surely people there every friendly and helpful .

Great garden center

Store employee working in the Garden Department Kat was very nice and pleasant and helped me with everything I needed. She was professional and very knowledgeable about my questions. I am a 71 year old senior and she made my shopping trip memorable and enjoyable. I thanked her for her help and she said it was a pleasure to help and meet me. Store is good for picking up paint and lights and the small things around for around the house. Do not use their flooring services. We got screwed over by miscommunication on their part. They sent the wrong carpeting to the house and we never got contacted till my husband reached out. It took them 18 days to solve the problem and that’s because we asked for a refund. Would not recommend their installing services!!!

I usually don’t have a lot to say about a place to shop but I must add that the store employees are generally THE most friendly and helpful employees of anywhere i’ve shopped. They must stress this in training because they are VERY helpful and friendly....ALWAYS!! At least they are at the store at the zip #49441. Bravo to the training because a lot of stores could learn a lot from the example that Home Depot sets!!

The store had just what I wanted and it was nice and reasonably priced I bought a stove and I am so excited to be receiving it by Friday I could have cried on the spot I’m going back for a refrigerator soon the service guy was awesome

Went to this store for kitchen remodel. Designer Jake did an awesome job helping us. He was very knowledgeable and would highly recommend for kitchen remodel help.

One of the friendliest, most helpful stores I've ever been in. I've never seen an upset face, and I've never seen anyone be anything but happy ... everyone is professional and the store is clean .... even the restrooms are beautiful ... and that's not really something I expect in a hardware store ... but I'm thrilled to shop there ... my girlfriend and I have declared it to be our favorite place to shop ... keep up the great work.

Great store. First choice in my purchasing home improvement products

The store, in itself was clean well stocked. The associates of the different departments were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. However, the policy of giving out military discounts is very deceiving if not completely misleading. I visited many Home Depot stores when I lived in the Detroit area and used their method of proving I had completed military service. But when I visited the Muskegon store I found that this store does not accept the same types of verification as other stores do. I find this type of nonsense to be unacceptable. Either Home Depot accepts the ID at all of it's stores or it doesn't accept them anywhere.

I'm thankful that we have a Home Depot in our neighborhood. Sure, I could save a penny somewhere else. How can I put a price on service? My last trip for a special plumbing fitting was a success thanks to the knowledgeable associates.

The store employees are consistently very helpful and knowledgable. I'm less than impressed with management though....I've had two interviews for 2 separate positions that seemed to have went well but have never heard anything back from them. I came in with a solid work history and letters of recommendation and several professional references but no response back; seems unprofessional and inconsiderate to me.
