Like the store, and the employees. Would really rather use a cashier than self checkout, but not usually an option at the store

Jacob helped me out in plumbing multiple times, I'm not sure if its his department but, he was very knowledgeable. Saved my project and made it easier.

Alyssa was a great help she was very friendly and knowledgeable , great person to help fix your problems.

My mom and I purchased a Husky 12 drawer tool chest. There was some confusion with the price. Two Home Depot associates stepped up and sorted it out for us in a very professional manner. Excellent people Paris and Lynn. Lad ash’s was very helpful as well. To name a few. Home Depot have really stepped up their game and hired excellent employees! That is my store of choice!

My disabled son and I went into the store with a very long list of electrical supplies needed from my husband. When I got to the electric isle a staff member named Larry asked me if I needed help, and he took my very long list and found everything for me. He even took me to other departments for items on my list he was great!!!! Then I was waiting in a very long line to check out and one of the cashiers came over from the self check out and said anyone who was using a credit card she could take so I went to her aisle and she rung up an entire basket of items for me. She was so sweet. It was definitely a good experience.

Shinene works at the Roseville, Michigan store at the customer service counter! I wish more people could have her patience, kindness and sincerity! SHE IS THE BEST! Shinene helped me with a problem with a gift card that my daughter purchased for me that wasnt working!

The employees at the Roseville store are very knowledgeable and very nice its an enjoyable place to shop . Try it NEXT TIME YOU GO SHOPPING

I previously bought two gallons of paint (a color my wife picked out). Later, she decided that color was a bad choice and suggested we give the paint away. Instead, two paint department employees (in particular, Kayla) spent extra time helping to reformulate the color, turning it into a different color I was able to use. They were amazing.

Maria Ainsworth is the best. I trust her knowledge. She is friendly, helpful and kind.

Cashier Geraldine is a conscientious worker that makes the trip to Homedepot easy and fast at check out.

Ever need help at this store find the old guy paul. Seems to specialize in plumbing and appliance hardware but I bet he could point you in the right direction in any other department.

The Home Depot all of the employees are always so very helpful and they have everything in stock which makes it very easy to make my purchases!

This is a busy but great store to shop at. This store has a good number of associates on the floor to answer your questions and help you find the product you need. I always go to this store before any other stores as most of the time my needs are met.

The Roseville Home Depot is a great place to shop for whatever you need. The people are friendly and the stock is always kept up. We never have a problem finding what we need, no matter what time of the year.

I was really happy that the store had everything I needed and easy to locate all the items I needed. I don’t do a lot of shopping since I am retired, but Home Depot always has what I need whe I do shop. Thank You!

My experience with the store employee SAMANTHA in the door department was such a great experience I haven’t had great customer service since the pandemic and she made my experience less frustrating and she was so helpful…SHES A KEEPER and even though I have a Home Depot near me this is my new Home Depot…

As a contractor I am all over the Detroit and Pontiac areas, I mostly shop at HD and the associates at Roseville as a whole are the best, friendlist and most helpful of all the home improvement stores.

This Home Depot location is always very clean. Employees are generally nice and helpful, have not experienced any negative encounters

All the products I wanted were in stock and the store was clean, the employees were helpful and friendly!

I am new to the area, and was surprised at how different the service at the Roseville Home Depot was compared to other locations I visited. There were plenty of staff walking the floor asking if I needed assistance. Not only were they pleasant, but every staff member I dealt with throughout shopping. That even included the cashier. I will definitely go there again without hesitation, and recommend others as well.
