Very nice and need

When I arrived at the store I walked straight back to the lumber department in which I thought I needed there was two men near the aisle that were standing there discussing things that did not seem to be work-related I ask for assistance explained what I thought I needed and was pretty much blown off one man leaned up against something looked at me like I was just a stupid girl. He did advise me if I was looking for some wire I could find it on the next to last aisle at the very end and let me be on my way with the full knowledge I really didn't know what I was work working with or how I was supposed to do it when I asked how would I attach the wire to the fence he kind of rolled his eyes and said was Staples. I went to the Isle that I was instructed and was overwhelmed not knowing what I needed in order for my animal not to get out of my backyard temporarily until the gate could be replaced over the weekend. I saw a man on the next aisle walking by wearing the good old Home Depot apron I said excuse me this man came over said how can I help you explain what was going on he showed me exactly what would work he explain to me in explicit detail on how to attach it to my fence walked me through the aisles through the aisles to show me the type of tool that I would be need asked if I had that tool showed me a tool that he thought would be best since it was inexpensive yet good quality explain to me one last time what I was to do answered every one of my questions did not make me feel stupid he was kind and very informative that employs name was Emmanuel! I went to the customer service desk even though I was in a hurry and ask to speak to a manager the guy Dave behind the counter with a smile which I did not get from the other employees other than of course Emmanuel quickly got on the phone got me a manager who came up who was very nice and friendly I explain to him my situation he apologized of course and I wanted to let him know that Emmanuel was a top-notch employee. My last four visits to Home Depot have been horrible I do believe now when I need to make that trip to Home Depot I will call first to ensure Emmanuel is in the store. This visit all those started out very unpleasant ended up to be a great one since now I have the full confidence in what I am doing and it's all because Emmanuel took his job seriously and provided A1 customer service! Emmanuel is my homedepo hero. Thanks! I wish the stars for the store could be different and the stars for the employees that assisted where is separate option 10 stars for Emmanuel

Lynette was extremely helpful and kind. Made for one of the best experiences in the store so far and I’m there a couples times a week at least.

I’ve noticed that there are more employees available to assist customers lately, and I love that many of them have experience working as a contractor in the field of their departments prior to working for HD. I also appreciated that the store manager went far beyond my expectations of any retailer to make things right when I discovered that I purchased a defective water heater. I would like to send a HUGE thank you to all of the team members that helped me today!

Overall you have dedicated people working for you; however, not everyone is as attentive or as energetic as they could be. Some of your best people are of all ages and all backgrounds. The same holds true for those that could do more but don't. Does management know who are the workers deserving praise and those who are deserving of reminders to do more? I hope so. Service desk seems to have an inordinate number of highly motivated and service oriented people. Most of the departments I shop in are good, but they could be better. I guess not everyone can be a star. The store is clean and the associates are friendly. But sometimes it is difficult to find anyone for assistance.

Get things out of the center isles. I understand the marketing of it but it's very hard to get around. There was a man with a cart of 20 2-ft long PVC we both had to wait for other people to get the heck out of the way, The seasonal crap was in the way.

Actually, both roseville stores need a bit of help with the customer assistance department. OH WAIT there isn't one. To make a customer hunt an employee down is time consuming and extremely irritating.

Products were easy to find whenever we go to this store for any thing...

I'm really busy being pulled in many directions with my real estate work. Our team prides itself on helping our clients prepare their homes for sale. Paint, new bath fixtures, lighting, Hardware, appliances are just some of the updates we have helps our clients with. I absolutely appreciate and love being able to place an order for materials/products online, being notified when the order is ready and then just stopping in to pick up a full order without having to walk the whole store. Thanks for making life my life easier.

I found many times over that the employees for this store location were very helpful not just for me but for others as well in my observation. And more often than not there cashiers have always greeted me well always asking if I found everything I was looking for and you can't beat that kind of service these days and I don't get that with online purchasing. And for this location they proudly erected 2-American Flags at its entry.

The paint department was very helpful.

This store is great! Everyone is always friendly and helpful and I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for my home project needs.

Outstanding customer service, went over and beyond to help me with decision with my remodeling my kitchen. Got the best shopping experience with the help of Ella and Will . Made my shopping very delightful, and less stressed. With both their assistance my shopping in Roseville was stress free.

Associates went above and beyond to assist me today. The product I was looking for was not on the shelf. One Associate checked online inventory, searched the high shelves until he found the backup box, used the tall ladder to retrieve the box, and offered me the item I was searching for. The second Associate at the Return Counter was pleasant and efficient as he assisted me with making the exchange of the item. Both went above and beyond to assist me with my situation. I appreciated their kind attention to my situation. Thank you.

I so dislike going to these big box stores because It always seems that the personnel are few and far between and never know for sure the answers to my questions about a product! NOT TODAY!!!! What an amazing experience I had. I have NEVER filled out one of these reviews but, today, I couldn't wait to get home to share with you all about my trip to this Home Depot! I needed a faucet for my kitchen sink. I saw a nice white Moen ($114.00) at the top of a display. I found the box (it was wrapped with a fiberglass ribbon) and I had some questions? An older gentleman (Rick) appeared to my left and not only answered all my questions but assured me that my choice of a Moen was superior as this is a top rated product! Then, when I get to the cash register I am met by a very bubbly blonde woman (Debbie) who offered me a Home Depot credit account and to my surprise gave me a discount on the faucet just for opening the account!!! I was elated!!!! I was in sales and marketing for 47 years and I have to say that this was a shopping experience that I will always remember, especially when I visit another Home Depot. I will definitely be back to this one for all my home and garden needs now! Kudos to your HR director for vetting these 2 stars! They are diamonds in the rough! The employees are very helpful when I have needed help.

Excellent local store. Freeway friendly and staff friendly. Cashiers are quick and self checkout is available. Most items are in stock.

The store is clean. I usually find what I need. When I need assistance I find it difficult to find it sometimes but usually it is not too difficult to find help.

This store has excellent customer service! Had an issue with a .dotcom order where I couldn't get their customer service to help with. I contacted my local store & the assistant mgr Nate & one of the employees, Olivia went above & beyond to settle the issue. Just FYI, be careful of checking for what return policy your order falls under when ordering online and don't trust what a representative may tell you. We had damaged & defective pieces of flooring and because they were ordered on a pallet you have to return the whole pallet(yes..unbelievable). Nate & Olive worked on getting the proper codes from Pergo in order to return these items .(They were marked as damaged on delivery receipt also). This store has some of the best employees we've ever dealt with at Home Depot over the years. Especially in the window coverings department & lumber department.

I have to chuckle when thinking that since my retirement I practically live at Home Depot North Sunrise Roseville, CA they always seem to have what I am looking for and always new products on display throughout the store which often means I seem to pickup other items when shopping for a specific item. Good Marketing Home Depot. And without further ado the employees I often find are very helpful and friendly.

Best Home Depot but phones are not answered and aisles blocked

This is the only home improvement store I shop. It is always easy to find the items I need and check out fast, using the self check-out.

Always have great helpful courteous attention at this store in finding what I need promptly!

My order was ready earlier than I thought and the person doing it was great! Jenny even helped me load it up in my truck, awesome.

It was a solid shopping experience.

The store was neat, clean and products were easy to find. I didn't have to wait long for assistance to find the item I was looking for. The associate the checked me out was friendly and knowledgeable. She asked if I wanted to apply for a Home Depot credit card and at first I said 'no.' But after she explained the advantages of of using a Home Depot credit card, I agreed. She processed the application quickly.
